Newt found her wandering around the glade only a few moments later.

"What are you doing Isa, it's early." She turned around at his voice, startled. "Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you."

"The dreams came back. They're clear." He moved closer putting his hand on her shoulder, rubbing her arm. She pulled the key out of her pocket, taking his hand off her shoulder and placing the key in it, wrapping his fingers around it. "This belongs to you." His gaze shifted from his hand to her face.

"I gave that to you?" She nodded at him, tears still streaming. "I'm the one who meant something to you."
"Mean something, you mean something to me. Special enough to have matching jewelry." They both laugh shortly.

"Is that all you remember?" The question caught her off guard, she looked up at him and nodded, unsure of if she should tell him everything else. He wrapped his arms around her letting her cry out the rest of her tears, he himself was crying now too.

"I need to stop catching you two like this." Minho walked by once again. "Come on Isa, the doors are about to open." He threw her her leather vest and walked off.

"Be safe."

"I promise." She reached up to kiss him before running off towards the maze.

It was starting to get late and Isa was not close to getting out of the maze. She still had a ways to go and there was no telling when she would get back, if she even got back in time. She started running faster, as fast as she's ever run before. She could hear them, she heard her friends, she was close. The ground started to shake telling her that the doors were closing. Run Isa, you need to make it. She turned the corner to see the door. She wasn't going to make it. There was a two foot gap and she still had a ways to run so she stopped. Her breathing was heavy and her eyes fell on Newts. His face was washed with disbelief. Before the doors closed she mouthed words for him to see. I love you. That was it. The doors closed and she was trapped in the maze. She fell to her knees looking up to the sky. "I deserve this." She sat there in sorrow until she heard a sound all too familiar. "Goodbye boys." Behind her stood the same creature she saw all those months ago, this time though, she didn't bother running. It was like she was in slow motion, the griever came closer before reaching out and grabbing a hold of her. Everything went black. It was dark, everything was dark, but she was alive.
