"I'm so fond of weddings and this one's way too special. This engagement was such a dreamy one you guys." I complimented the to be couple.

"I do agree on it." Samikhya added smiling.

"Haha thanks." Ash blushed in response.

Shubman suddenly loosened his grip on my waist and then removed his hand from around me.

I looked at him and he looks dead serious right now. He was in such a happy mood earlier, what made him go this way now?

"Where did those dimples disappear-" I was questioning jokingky, when he displaced me from his lap and put me down onto the surface.

After that he got up at once and started walking away.

"Shub." I called out his name but he didn't respond.

"I think he's tired, I'll go check." I excused myself and followed him.

He walked away and then stepped inside the elevator. Before I could reach upto him, the doors got closed already and I was left behind.

I wonder why he's acting like this. He never behaves this way now.

"Shubman.." I whispered his name on reaching our hotel room.

"What happened baby?" I softly added while relaxing his shoulders.

"Please don't." He sighed while lightly pushing my hands away.

"Are you mad at me? I'm so sorry. Please don't be angry." I requested him on the verge of tears.

I don't know what have I even done to make him feel this way but whatever it is, nothing matters more in front of him. It somewhere must be my fault and there's no harm in apolosing for it.

"Nahi Anu, tumhari koi galti nahi hai. Tum please sorry mat bolo." He sadly mentioned.

"Phir aap aise kyu behave kar rahe ho?" I softly asked him while lifting his chin.

His eyes look moist.

"I don't deserve you. I really don't." He slipped a tear while saying so.

"Nahi Shubman, aisa kuch bhi nahi hai. Aap kyu yeh sab soch rahe ho." A tear escaped my eye on seeing him.

"Tumhe weddings kitne pasand hain aur meri wajah se tumne humari shaadi mein kitna suffer kiya hoga..." He mumbled with his head bent down.

"Its not like that Shub.." I tried convincing him.

"You deserved all the love that every man gives her fiance. I should've made you happy, like Kamlesh and Ash are making each other right now. Instead, what did to you on our engagement was.. horrible." He sobbed and I wrapped my arms around his neck.

"I don't deserve your touch, your comfort, your anything. I don't deserve you." He cried on my chest.

I wiped away his tears and then held his jaw in my palm.
