Okay, AU/Multiversal idea hit time!!! This Multiverse is called Flowerverse.
In this Multiverse, everyone has a flower growing from one of their eyes/eye sockets. The flowers have special effects that are unique to everyone with healing/'cleansing' others being the rarest. The reason for that is how the flowers change everyone's codes and healing magic can turn deadly to others if the slightest mistake were to be made. The flowers are sentient in nature and can kill another if they feel that their host is being threatened.
The flowers are like parasites but more symbiotic in nature. They coexist and only take one host and die with the host. The flowers came into being before the Monster vs Human War. The humans and monsters were coexisting at the time and along the way, they found a mysterious fruit that everyone of importance deemed safe.
The fruit was actually a dormant being that will infect everyone and actually help them than kill them off. Everyone ate the fruit and thus the flowers bloomed with unique properties for everyone. The flowers don't actually abstract the sight, they can still see with both of them but it makes it look like they have only one working lone vision.
Taking the flower out won't kill you but it will leave you in agonizing pain until the flower grows back. The flowers can also be exchanged to another to show how much they love the other. Giving away your own flower to the other shows that you love them extremely and are willing to have children with them/willing to marry.
The Sans, Papyruses, and everyone else that has an AU/copy of them can mate with each other as the flowers can change their codes so that nothing will go wrong in the children or genetics down the line. It might sound weird but as I said earlier, the flowers have sentience and will change their host coding so if they have a family that resembles the other almost to a T then the flowers will change them both so the children can have no problems in their own genes.
I will show you the drawings of four that I drew for this AU and may create more once the motivation hits me. I will also explain how their lives are much more different from the Original Multiverse/Timeline/Omniverse.

This is Nightmare of this Dreamtale AU. His nickname is Cypress.
He stands at a height of 6'5''.
The symbol on his skull represents his given role as the Guardian of Negativity. Cypress also never became goopy as he never ate the golden apple that turned black.
Cypress was abandoned by Dream as the Dream of this AU grew arrogant and cold towards everyone. Also, nobody can get into Dreamtale as Dream put a barrier around the AU that locked out others and kept the residents inside from leaving. Dream also forgot about Cypress and Dreamtale and thus abandoned his post as the Guardian of Positivity.
The villagers of this Dreamtale actually got some common bloody sense knocked into them and grew guilty of what they did to Cypress. Thus, these villagers are actually good and have grown to like the darker side of the spectrum due to the experiences they had. All of the villagers have something against Dream since he did abandon them.
