Waking up the next morning was difficult for Stella, Not only did she hate the idea of school on a weekend, she really couldn't be bothered to go and sit a test she knew she was going to do fine on. The benefits of being friends with geeks is that you gain knowledge without realising it.
Her, Aria and Eli were all in the same room, she must have dozed off because she felt something hit the back of her head, she looked at the desk and sure enough she was surrounded by bits of paper, Next to her Aria was also asleep, but rather than just being tired she was hung over. "Okay, Eli stop it i'm awake" she snapped turning to face the boy who was crumpling up another bit of paper. She poked Stella, taking out her water bottle and some tablets, handing her the stuff.
"I wasn't going to come but AJ put me in the car and drove me here, he said if I didn't do it he would tell my parents that the tournament was really dangerous" She said sipping the water. "Awhh bless him", Stella loved how much he cared for her.
"Times up" the teacher said from the front, Aria ran out, probably to be sick. Eli and Stella walked out together but stopped seeing Miguel talking-to Sam. "Whats with the doom and gloom" Sam asked, Stella shaking her head violently, so Miguel didn't kick off here. "Yeah, I was just a little distracted" he told her, Sam asked why and Stella ran up to help him out "Tournament, it's really kicking our ass" she smiled and threw her arm over Miguels shoulder. "So what did you do last night" he asked her, Stella sent a look to Eli who came to help her. "Just a family dinner" Sam said looking confused. "Oh that sounds like fun" Eli said joining the group.
Stella left them to talk, she had given up trying to prevent an argument, they all went to the park for a while "Come on eat something. It'll make you feel better" Demitri said to Miguel, AJ was stood letting Aria practice some moves on him. Jacob and Aisha showing each-other posts on their phones, Stella was sat on the floor with Charlie stretching.
"I still think you are overreacting" Aria said while kicking AJ's hand away, "Im not overreacting! I know what I saw" Miguel said annoyed. "Alright, so you saw her eating dinner with some chode" Eli said spinning round and kicking Bert in the face, Stella jumped up to go grab him "Jesus Christ Eel, he's half your size" She helped him up and Brought him back over to where her and Charlie were sat moments ago.
"It was probably her brother or something" Eli suggested, ignoring Stella who was sending him evils. "Sams only got one brother, he's more annoying than Tri" Aria said now coming to sit down.
"I just don't want what happened to sensei to happen to me" "Miguel, have you actually told her what you saw?" Stella asked, the problem was no communication. "So, go over to this kid and beat his ass so he doesn't have the chance" Eli suggested "Don't listen to Eli" Jacob and Demitri said at the same time, "Its Hawk" he snapped, "Yeah sure thing Eagle" Jacob said showing Aisha a video he took of her when he was practicing.
