Pronounced kUH-luhn, Cullen is the anglicized form of various names like Ó COILEÁIN or Ó CUILINN, which usually mean "holy". Séaghdha, pronounced as shay, possibly means "esteemed, majestic" in Irish.

Hound and Pup were pet names used more so by the other familiars/spirits he knew before meeting the witch.

As a spirit, his body does not have a specific gender nor is it irrelevant to him. However, he often assumes a male identity when transforming to a human.

He falls under the asexual spectrum and, as a result, does not really feel sexually attracted to anyone. Though uninterested, he does not mind engaging in sex to please his lover(s) if they wish as he is not repulsed by the act.

AMBIGUOUS || POSSIBLY AROMANTIC
He is not particularly interested in a romantic relationship with anyone of any gender, sexuality, or other; however, he's not repulsed by the idea either, it's just a rather confusing concept for him as a spirit. For Cullen, the boundary lines between platonic and romantic relations with someone he deeply cares for are practically non-existent as he's fine with doing anything (hugging, cuddling, kissing, etc.) to express his affections, especially if it makes his partner(s) happy.
Currently, the cat witch holds his heart and he is devoted to her; however, whether that love is platonic or romantic is still debatable. He is also open to a polyamorous relationship if someone manages to catch his or the witch's eye.
