Chapter 4

NO! NO! NO! NO WAY! Why am I so careless? The king saw my face. I know he will command those alphas to look for me. But? Why would he do that? Ofcourse! To ask some questions maybe? Or I would be sentenced to death because of just wanting to watch the game. 

I palm my face and sit on my bed. 

Thinking about what should I do to clean this mess cause absolutely the King would not let this pass. 

A knock on the door caught my attention and made my thoughts vanished.

My best friend Miya went in and pose infront  of me with her hands in her waist and her face saying "I know what you did bitch" insert with her  left brow raising. 

I let out a big deep sigh and give her a pout face saying "bitch, I'm freaking dead" 

She let out a laugh and slap my shoulder a little. 

"You are in a freaking mess girl. The alpha is now having a searching thingy looking for a lady with golden eyes. Definitely you. Cause you're the only person I know who has a golden eye." she said shaking her eyebrows up and down. 

"But.. What if there's other person who has a golden eye? It might save your ass. Right?" she added thinking that it would lessen my feeling of anxiousness.

"No. Because the King saw my face." I said in exasperation. 

"oh. You can't definitely escape girl except if he won't include the Elders place in his searching thingy but what if he will?" She said in suspense. 

"I don't know. Help me!"I said 

" Hmm" she said while she's thinking and her arms folded and her pointing  and thumb finger is under her chin.

Suddenly she snap her finger and look at me with "I have an idea look"

"Why don't you use a contact lense? Just to hide your eyes. But anyway, we still don't have a confirmation that he will include the Elders on his searchy thingy girl.. So calm down." She said and pat my back with a convincing smile plastered in her face.

"Maybe he won't search here, I guess" I said as I am actually convincing myself.

"That's it girl. Let the problems flew out in your mind." she said

"Hmm. Ok. Might as well just attend on this training so this problem will be out of my mind." I said and stand up.

"Let's go then..." Miya said in a sing song voice as we both walk out of my room.

We went out of the house as the training ground is at the middle of the forest.

We don't use teleport when we're just be in here, in the Elders place but we use it when it's outside.

"All of the Elders who will participate in the training kindly find your pairs because you will be having a physical combat instead of using your powers." we heard from the training ground.

As we are at the door of the training ground. We seen that most of the Elders are here.

We move to a vacant mat where we do a combat so definitely me and Miya will be fighting.

It's was actually normal for us to duel.

We position to our fighting stance as we wait for the go sign.

"FIGHT" the trainer shout.

Everyone begun to fight, included us.

Miya tried to kick my side but I dodge it with my arms and twist it so she would fall down but she easily avoided it and move her body the same with my twist and perfectly back in her standing stance.

We smirk to each other as this both made us more into the fight.

I was about to swift a punch on her face but I change my stance instead gave her a roundhouse kick. This confuse her and made her on not to dodge my blow. So definitely, she was kick out off the mat and was slump on the ground with a thud.

She sit up as she groan in pain as I actually kicked her in her stomach.

"I think my internal organ is gone." She said as she's holding her kicked stomach.

I walk to her and lend her a hand to get up.

" Don't be exaggerated. I'm sure it was perfectly intact." I said as I laugh on her statement.

"But actually, I didn't know you were good in combat." She said

"Well, I know a little but not as good as them." I said and point to the two who still fighting and has blood already in their fist.

"Well, they are boys." She said matter of fact.

I nod in response.

"To those who are done on their training, you can go now. Others, who are not. Continue." The trainer said.

As we are done, we went out of the training ground and went back on the Elders house.

As we get inside, Nana link us to proceed to the meeting room.

Miya and I stared at each other in confusion. What with the sudden rendezvous?.

We just let out a shrug and both walk to the meeting room. We seen everyone already here and just waiting for us.

We sit down and wait for the Head of the elder to speak.

"The King will not include the Elders place to be search instead he order me to if ever there's an elder who has a golden eyes will be going to the palace. " He said.

"As we know, there's only one here who has it." He added and everyone look at my way.

I was shock at first but I speak afterwards

" What if I'm not? Or what if I am?" I asked him

"Then if you are, then the King ." He said with authority.

I let out a sigh cause I know, I don't have an escape to this anymore.

"Then, I don't have a choice but to go. When this will be?" I ask

"Tomorrow. As most of the girls who had search who have a golden eyes are already there." He said.

I nod in response.

His words still echoe in my mind. But I was back in my senses when Miya nudge my shoulder and gave me a comforting look.

As the meeting was dismissed, I hurriedly walk in my room with Miya following me.

As I am inside, I slump down on my bed, face first.

"Girl.. You can't escape no more" Miya said sadly as she sit down beside me.

" I know... I don't know what would happen to me when I'm in his hand. Would I be turtored? Killed?" I said as lots of what would in my mind.

"Well, you can ony find once he got you ." she said.

"It's late, I'm gonna go to bed now. But if it's bad. I will be there to support you to runaway." she smiled in my way and went out of my room.

I sigh sadly and close my eyes to sleep without doing my night routine.
