Your soft lips utter my name this time. As I turned around to face you, I can see something in your eyes that felt so foreign to me. But after a few seconds, it disappeared. Maybe it's just in my mind.

You asked if you could talk to me in private. I stopped for a moment as I didn't know how to respond to it. Niki saw how vulnerable I am so she spoke in behalf of me. Your facial expression changed as to what she said. I was shocked as well but Niki signalled me to join her act. So I didn't say a word as I'm also surprised as well.

"Should I come with you Lisa? I'm your girlfriend after all."

You went back to your seat while I can see how shocked you are with it. Your eyes never left Niki and I's intertwined hands. I should be happy that you didn't push it any further.

"Oh, I didn't know. Congratulations for the both of you by the way."

But why I felt the exact opposite of it?
