After Phillipa finds her fiancé in bed with another person she remains hurt wondering whether she could ever be good enough for someone.

I stand there for a minute completely stunned. I never knew she felt that way about me. I must have been stood there for longer than I thought as she starts to shuffle around awkwardly
"I'm so sorry. I shouldn't have said anything" she says with a slightly saddened expression and in one swift movement I walk towards her and pull her into kiss. At first she's shocked and doesn't know what happened but after a moment she relaxes and I feel her begin to smile.
As we separate I whisper to her "I love you too Pips" and with that I hear my cue and take to the stage.
Through out the show all I can think of is that I kissed Pippa. And she kissed me. She loves me. Wow maybe she really was helpless. Every time that she looks at me, even if it's just acting, I can't help but falling in love with her all over again.
During Helpless when I stare into her beautiful brown eyes I can't help but hope that she will be mine.
*time skip to the end of the show*
After our final bows Pippa and I walk off the stage together and I ask her the burning question that I've wanted to ask for ages
"Pippa, will you be my girlfriend?" I ask half looking at her, half looking at the floor to avoid eye contact
"Oh Lin" She pauses "Of course, I would love to" She beams with joy as I lift my head up I see a huge smile across her face.
In hindsight, I probably should have asked her in a more private place because as soon as we came off the stage Renée and Jasmine came and began squealing with Pips and Daveed and Anthony brought me into a bro hug - or what ever they call it.
We leave the theatre and sign a few play bills on our way, and once we are far enough away from the theatre we begin talking,
"Pips" I look over to her to see her turn to me
"Yes?" she responds smiling
"I just can't get over how lucky I am to be able to call you my girlfriend"
"And I can't get over how lucky I am to be able to call you my boyfriend"
and with that we walk the rest of the way home holding hands and comfortable in each others silence.
We arrive home and Sebby is already fast asleep, so my mom gives me a hug and leaves to go home as it's already quite late. We both get ready for bed and sit on the sofa, Pippa lying slightly on top of me. I notice that she is slowly falling asleep so I lift her up bridal style and carry her into her room, but as I go to put her down she holds on to the top of my shirt so I climb into the bed with her. She waits for a moment and then as soon as i am lying down she places her head back on to my chest and falls straight into a deep sleep.
I lay there thinking to myself that I must be the luckiest man in the world to have Pips, the Phillipa Soo lying next to me with her head on my chest.
