'I can't believe you managed to keep Rex quiet. I'd be shouting for joy, if I had a girl that pretty.' Johnny stated from his seat on the sofa. 'Does mom know she's a grandma yet?'

I shook my hair gently 'No but she'll get a shock when she sees me and Rex as Roxys Bridesmaids at the weekend.'

Johnny was quick to arrive at Matts house unpon hearing the news of my return, with his new niece.We had all gathered in the living room. Alexia was sat on Johnnys knee, showing him her faviourte teddy and talking him to death about what ever she could think of. Harmony was trying to persuade Jimmy to take them to the park, but wasn't succeeding, so she was getting slightly cross.

I was sat around the table with Matt and Roxy, finalising plans of their wedding. Brian was also involved in the conversation as head best man, and I was to be maid of honer. I had offered my services to look after Harmony while they went on their honeymoon, anything that could extend my stay from going home to London was glady taken.

They had both decided on a chapel wedding out of town. It was a going to be a smal service, just with close friends and family. We were arriving at the hotel the night before, where the reception would be held after the service.

Both Harmony and Rex were to be bridesmaids along with me and Johnnys girlfriend Lindsay. The guys from the band were to all be best men.

'Emz, we need to get your dress sorted. I have already brought one for you and Alex, but obvioulsy its going to have to be altered. and we also need to finish buying the things for the venue.' Roxy was about to continue, when the front door opened. And in walked the last member of the tribe.

Zacky.

My eyes glanced over towards the door to take in the sight of Zacky. He staired at me, making his way over to the table. I shifted nervously in my seat. The table fell silent at he took a seat opposite me. His eyes burning holes into me. I looked over to see Brian look at him hard, trying to anticipate his next move.

'What are YOU doing here?' He snarled.

'Zacky don't!' Roxy spoke up.

'Was I talking to you?' he turned his head to look at Roxy. 'No I don't think I was!'

'Watch who your talking to like that' Matt protectively said. He wasn't going to let anyone to speak to his woman like that .

'Kitchen. Now!' Zacky exclaimed at me. I simply nodded getting off from my seat. Matt grabbed my arm as I passed.

'If he so much as touches you, yell'

'I'll be ok.' I looked over to Brian who was concerned.

I left the room hearing quiet talking between the people at the table. I rounded the corner to the kitchen.

'Why are you here?'

'It's my best friends wedding, of course I'm going to be here'

'Oh yeah you turn up to your best friends wedding, yet you walk out on your own! Do you know how hard that was Emma. Having Roxy tell me you were gone and not coming home to me.' I looked down, a lump forming in my throat. 'Emma it killed me. You broke my heart! I don't think I can ever forgive you for that'

'I don't expect you to forgive me, just tolerate me at least. Just for Roxy and Matt.'

'Why did you leave? Was it Brian? Did he tell you to leave me?'

'No it wasn't it was me. I was too young I was stupid. I didn't know what I was doing.'

'You screwed my life over! You were such a mistake that regret so much.' He practically screamed in my face. Getting close to me, looking down at me. It hurt him saying that. I know I f*cked things over, but I never regretted the time I had with him.

'Look there she is, shes okay' In walked Brian holding Alexia who looked upset.

'Haner get out!' he said before actually realising that Brian was holding a small child in his arms. 'Oh I see, Emma your worse than I thought! You make out you can't have kids with me, but as soon as you leave you go get yourself pregnant. Slut! you make me sick!' Tears fell freely from my arms. I was scared. This was how Karl acted before the beatings.

Brian had passed Alexia to Matt who was now standing beside him. before he stood infront of me block me from Zacky.

'Haner i've already told you to f*ck off once! Now do it!' He got up into Brians face.

'Back off Zacky!' Brian calmly said.

'Oh I see. I see how it is! See what a slut you are!' he shouted at me over Brians shoulder.

It happened quickly, Brian had Zacky pinned against the wall, his face right in Zackys. 'I told you to back off and leave her alone. I mean it!'

Zacky pushed Brian off, brushing himself down. 'Your welcome to her' he said before making a quick exit.

Alexia ran to me, seeing me crying made her begin to cry. I picked her up and held her so tightly. A pair of arms wrapped us round us both.

'Brian thank you' he didn't respond, he simply placed a small kiss on my forehead and one on Alexias. The smell of his aftershave, and smoke smell filling my lungs, making me feel warm.

Soon 5 other pairs of arms joined in on the comfort hug.

'I love you guys' I smiled.
