Chapter seven - Betty's house

Your POV

We were preparing our routine for the pep rally. I was in it but had a minor role since I was helping plot and choreograph a lot of the dance. We were running through it but Cheryl barged in and stopped them. "Stand down vixens and listen up" she says. I sigh and look at Cheryl.

She then went on a rant about the weather and that all eyes would be on her. She then decided that she was gunna make a call to Josie to have the pussycats preform at the pep rally. "Stay loose and limber ladies while I make the call" Cheryl says. I went and grabbed my vixens jacket put it on then went to stand next to Betty and Veronica.

Then I realized they were arguing. I was sitting on the floor stretching as they argued over Archie. "Oh god" I whisper to myself. They were both now shouting at each other. I didn't dare move now. So I stayed seated on the floor stretching.

"The pussy cats are in" cherry interjects "oh sorry ladies am I interrupting?" She asks "no" Betty says. I could tell what Cheryl was up to she was gunna run off with one of them. It was surprisingly Betty. Betty offered to get a pedicure with Cheryl. Then they walked away.

Veronica just stood there in shock for a moment. "Well Veronica see ya around" I say to her then leave the gym.

It was night now. I was sitting in my room reading when I heard Penelope shout. I shot up and opened my door. I saw Cheryl in Jason's room crying and Penelope standing holding open the door. "Cheryl I thought I told you no more going into Jason's room!" She shouts at her. "But I want to go in his room I miss him!" Cheryl screams "I miss him too he was my son!" Penelope screams back "He was my brother!" Cheryl screams even louder. "Cheryl come on!" I shout at her "no!" She shouts back "I'm staying here" she says. Penelope go's into the room and grabs Cheryl by her wrist and drags her out. "Let go of me!" She cries. "Now you stay out of his room" she says.

"Come on Cheryl let's go" I say. Cheryl turns to me and looks me in the eyes "no" she says. "Cheryl listen to your cousin" Penelope says she then turns to Penelope.

Cheryl grabs the glass vase on the little table in the hallway and throws it causing it to shatter Everywhere I put up my arms to block the glass. "You demon child!" Penelope shouts "leave me alone" Cheryl screams.

She then storms off to her room and slams the door. I had tears running down my face "Y/n are you ok." Penelope asks "yeah just fine" I say wiping away my tears "I'm going to go for a walk" I say "ok" Penelope says

The fact that Penelope didn't seem to give what just happened a second that worried me. I was starting to get sick of all the arguing I heard go on between my aunt, uncle, and Cheryl.

I quickly walked down the stairs and head outside. I had my keys I started my car and drove into town. I decided to pull off to the side of the road. I was in a little neighborhood. I think this is where Betty and Archie live. I get out of the car to walk down the sidewalk.

I could hear two people arguing in the distance. I follows the voices and then I found them it was Archie and jughead. "Not you guys too" I say and start crying. Why the hell was everyone so angry and arguing?

They both turn to look at me "what happened to your arm" jughead says grabbing it. I looked at my arm. It had three gashes on it from the glass. "Cheryl and Penelope got into a fight and Cheryl threw a glass vase" I cried. I was so stressed and freaked out I could barley talk.

Just then Fred Archie's dad came out and asked if jughead an I were staying. Archie said Jughead wasn't but I was. Jughead glared at Archie then walked away from the house. "Come on Y/n" Archie says. I nod wiping the tears off my face and walk inside.

"Oh lord what happened to you?" Fred asks "Cheryl threw a vase because her and Penelope were fighting" I say "oh my there's a lot happening there isn't there especially with what's happening. "Yeah it's like hell living there" I say "Archie get the first aid kit" Fred says pointing to a cabinet. "You hungry?" Fred ask "no I ate dinner already thanks though" I say "alright, Archie take her upstairs and help her with her cuts" his dad says to him.
