Ch.2

"Good morning Reki" Three of Reki's classmates said coming into the classroom to see Reki scribbling things on his notebook

"Morning" reki said without looking away from his book

"You're busy. What are you doing?" One of them asked as they took a peak of what reki was doing

"Nothing much, it's just skateboarding stuff. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't be interested" reki said remembering the rejection he got when he offered to talk about it

"Oh, right" they said

"If you wanna learn I can always teach you" Reki offered but knew they were going to reject him

"No thanks I'm good" one of them said

"Same I'm fine" the other followed

"There's no need" the last one stated

"Alright, your choice" Reki said before he turned all of his attention on the Reki's-how-to-tutorials he was making for Langa to use in hope of him improving his game. He was quite certain that the amazing show Langa gave the previous night was nothing but the thrills of the moment, if Langa actually stepped on a skateboard it's most likely he won't be able to stand on it, just like the first time he stood on one and fell down

Reki chuckled to himself, while remembering the previous couple of day's events where Langa tried out his skateboard only to fall but a

"What's so funny?" A calm voice asked

Reki turned to his side to see Langa seating at his desk looking at him

"Hey Langa" Reki said

"Good morning" Langa responded "so are you going to tell me what's funny?"

"No it's nothing" reki said

"You sure?" Langa asked while arching his eyebrow up in question

"Yeah I'm sure" reki said turning his attention to his book and continued working on the self made tutorial book, he didn't realize when the classes or when lunch time came.

Langa had to get his attention and tell him it was lunchtime
"Reki, it's lunch time let's go eat" he said patting reki on his shoulder to get his attention

"Huh?" Reki blinked and turned to look at Langa who was staring right back at him

"It's lunch time" Langa said once again

"Oh right, let's go eat" Reki said closing his book and placed it in his bag. He grabbed his bento and made his way to the rooftop followed by Langa

"What were you working so hard on?" Langa asked as the two took their seat on the ground and started eating their lunch

"A tutorial book" Reki said

"Tutorial book?" Langa asked tilting his head a bit to show his confusion

"I'm making it for you to learn how to skate. You do wanna learn right" Reki said looking at Langa expecting an answer

"Learn how to skate?" Langa asked

"Yes" Reki said nodding his head

"Mhm...skateboarding huh" Langa mumbled going deep in thought for a bit "okay I'll try it out"

"Yes! Awesome" Reki said in excitement

"You're quite excited" Langa commented

"That's right because I've been searching for something, anything that would make my heart beat and I'm pretty sure it's you" reki said subconsciously moved closer to Langa and intertwining his hand with his hand
"Langa you're my spark" reki said

Langa stared at Reki for a bit before his face flared up red from the little distance between him and reki
"W-what's t-that supposed t-t-to mean?" Langa asked feeling hyper aware of Reki's presence

"It means you're special to me, you're the key to my dull skateboarding" Reki said moving closer to langa's face

Langa moved back but reki kept moving closer. In the end Langa was laying down on the ground with reki on top of him. Langa's face deepened in red overly aware of the suggestive position the two were in, the students around started whispering and some even took pictures

"You mean everything to me, you got that Langa?" Reki said staring straight into langa's eyes

Langa couldn't find his voice to say anything, he just nodded his head yes

"You're my last hope, the only one who can do it so please don't disappoint me no matter what" reki whispered into langa's ear "make my heart beat with your skateboarding"

Langa's eyes went wide, his heart started to furiously beat against his chest and his stomach was getting filled with butterflies. He was very sure that the words that left Reki's mouth were not meant in any romantic way but Langa couldn't help it.
He was quickly falling in love with Reki, that fact both scared him and excited him

"I won't disappoint" Langa replied "I will make your heart beat" he said as he added a silent "for me" at the end

"Thank you" Reki said

The bell rang muffling langa's "you're welcome"

Reki got up from Langa and offered his hand out to him, Langa gladly took it and got up

"Let's go to the skatepark after school, I'll help you with learning the basics of skateboarding" reki said while letting go of langa's hand and grabbed with stuff

"Okay" Langa simply replied as he looked at his hand which was previously held by reki

"Great. Now let's get going before we are late for our afternoon class" Reki said heading to the door

"Yes I'm coming" Langa said looking at reki while simultaneously placing his hand over his beating heart

"Hurry up" Reki said turning to look at Langa who hasn't moved an inch

"Right, I'm coming" Langa said joining reki to walk back to their classroom
