2. Meeting you

Akashis POV:

Today mi father has called me for a meeting, i would consider it normal if it wasn't for the weirdly happy tone he used and the fact that we're meeting in his mansion, you see, i moved out when i was 18, my house is smaller than my parents house but it's still spacious and luxurious, i'm an Akashi after all, i get out of my Ferrari as i think of the reason he would call me so suddenly, i just hope it's not one of mothers attempts to try to set me up with someone, i cringe at the memory, the woman had terrible manners and a worst attitude, not to mention how she was so obvious about only being interested in my money and family name.

I shook my head as i make my way to the main entrance, but in the corner of my eye i can see a car that i do not recognize, huh, weird, i enter and i'm welcomed by one of the butlers. "Good afternoon, Akashi-sama, your parents are already waiting for you in the main living room, they have guests" he says, i raise an eyebrow at that, must be the Kurokos, they're the only ones they let in here, all the business meetings are held back at the company.

I make my way to the main living room wondering why would they want me to meet with the Kurokos, in my whole 22 i have been alive i have met them 3 times, it's strange considering how close they are to my parents but oh well, finally, i reach the doors of the main living room and knock a few times, a maid opens the door and i can see my parents with the Kurokos smiling like maniacs, my parents of course, the Kurokos are decent human beings, do not get me wrong i love my parents, but they can be quite intense.

"Mother, father, Ayane-san, Hidemi-san, it is a pleasure to see you again" i make my presence known as i greet my parents and the Kurokos "Ah Seijuro, it's nice to see you again, you've grown so much! how have you been?" asks Ayane-san as her husband looks at me smiling "I've been good thankfully and you?" i say "Everything is good Seijuro, as polite as always" she responded and i just smile back, then i turn to my parents "Mother, Father, may i ask why i'm here?" i question "Yes of course Sei, the reason just forgot something in his car, he will be right back, take a seat" she answers and i just stare at her confused but i sat next to my father, they got involved in a conversation with the Kurokos for a few minutes until there was a knock on the door.

The maid opened the door and there it was, the most beautiful man i have ever laid my eyes on, round sky blue eyes, soft hair that is the same color as his eyes, porcelain skin, pink, perfect lips, i stared at him for what felt like an eternity and then Ayane-san spoke "Ah Tetsuya! You're back!" Tetsuya hm... beautiful name...wait, Tetsuya? isn't he their son? what is he doing here? not that i'm complaining, at all, the man has grown up to be a beauty "Yes mom, i'm sorry for the inconvenience, Masaomi-san, Haruhi-san" he bowed his head, good manners at first sight, nice posture, huh... "Do not worry Tetsuya, it happens to the best of us" My father said, i have never seen him being so nice to someone that wasn't me or mother.

Then, Tetsuya locked eyes with me, i saw him scan me like i scanned him, then he blushed a little, i smirked internally "Now, let's talk" my father said and Hidemi-san nodded, they both sat straight while Tetsuya sat next to his mother "Seijuro, this is Kuroko Tetsuya, the only heir of the Kuroko Corporation and my dear friends son" My father said, i looked at Tetsuya and nodded "Tetsuya, this is Akashi Seijuro, the only heir of the Akashi Empire, Masaomis son" he too looked at me and nodded, then, i offered my hand "Nice to meet you, Kuroko-san" i said and he took my hand "It is nice to meet you as well, ah and please do not call me that, sounds too much like my dad, just call me Kuroko or Tetsuya" he said with a serious expression, but i know better than thinking he doesn't like me, he was wearing this same expression when he blushed looking at me.

"Alright, Tetsuya it is then, do not call me Akashi-san also, that's my father" i said smiling, then he nodded and we let go, we waited for our parents to talk, my mother was first "As far as i know, you boys are single, is that correct?" Wow, for once, i like where this conversation is going, we both nodded our heads, but now Tetsuya has a confused expression, how adorable "We 4 have been best friends even before you two were born, ever since both our companies turned out to be successful, we always dreamed about becoming one big Empire" my father said and now it's my time to wear the confused expression, however, Tetsuya and i nodded waiting for one of them to continue.

"Listen boys" Hidemi-san said "We don't want to force you to into anything, this is just an idea we had and discussed for a long time, we figured that if you two get married" Tetsuyas chin dropped and my eyes widened "If you two get married you will be able to run Japan and parts of Asia together, before you completely decline, which is understandable, we want you to know that we want you two to get to know each other, to see if you are a good match, not just say 'you two are going to get married in two weeks' no, we want you both to live a happy life and if marrying each other isn't your happiness, then we won't force you"

Hidemi-san finished and there was a long silence in the room, i looked up and saw that Tetsuya was watching me, we both nodded and asked our parents to leave the room for a short while. "So? What do you think?" i asked Tetsuya and he stayed silent for a while, which made me worry because i really absolutely like our parents idea "I think...we are not losing anything with trying and who knows? Maybe we can find love in each other" he said and looked away after saying that last part with an adorable blush on his cheeks "I agree, Tetsuya, and considering how attractive your are i would never forgive myself for letting this chance go" i said.

Then he stood up but i could see that his ears were red, hah, cute "Let's call them back then" he said and i followed him, we opened the door and saw our parents a few meters away from the door while talking to each other "Mom! Dad! Ayane-san! Masaomi-san!" he said loud enough for them to hear, they came towards us "So? What do you think guys?" Ayane-san asked "We'll try" we both said at the same time and then our parents took turns to hug us.
