10. Breakfast

Kurokos POV:

I finished telling Kagami about my date with Akashi-kun and he was looking at me astonished, I raise an eyebrow "What?" He blinks a few times and looks at me as if I'm crazy "'What?' Dude are you serious?! You literally sound like you're in love with him! and I'm pretty sure you didn't even realize that you started smiling!" Kagami says.

"Well...I mean I like him, a lot, and I'm sure I will get to the point of loving him, and don't even start with my ex, I admit before I met Akashi-kun he was still on my mind but that changed, Akashi-kun changed that" I say, completely serious "Alright alright, no need to get so defensive, I just want you to be careful because almost everyone I've heard talk about him sounded like they were scared of him, there's also rumors that he's a player, you know" Kagami mentions, please, he should know I'm not about to get intimidated by him.

"Kagami, first of all, you forget that there's people who are scared of my family as well, not to mention Nash, he's one of my friends and there's a lot of people who are scared of him, second of all, I've heard about Akashi-kun being a player too, and I assure you that the first time he does something to hurt me I'll get out of there, no one is allowed to-" I'm cut off but Kagami "disrespect you or humiliate you" he says trying to imitate my tone and rolls his eyes "I know that Kuroko, but you and Kise were the first persons to talk to me and be friend me when I came from America, I'm always going to worry about you two" Kagami says, I smile softly "And I appreciate that, just, trust me in this one alright, you and Kise also threatened him didn't you? Then he knows he must not hurt me" I say getting up.

"I'm going to prepare breakfast, what do you...actually no, I'm going to buy breakfast what do you want?" I ask, Kagami was about to answer when my phone starts ringing and he takes a look at who's calling "yo, it's your little red demon king" Kagami says and I chuckle "More like an emperor" I say and walk back to the living room to answer.

"Hello? Akashi-kun?" I say "Good morning Tetsuya, by the way, I think its time for you to start calling me by my first name or at least without honorifics dear" He says and I can literally hear him smirking on the other side " Okay, is Akashi alright then?" I ask and he sighs "That will do for now darling, but you will call me by my first name one of these days" He says, Kagami is looking at me this whole time with curiosity written all over his face, I'm actually wondering why he would call me so early, it doesn't bother me, I'm just curious.

"I guess you're wondering why I would call you so early so I'm going to get to the point, have you had breakfast?" He asks "No actually, I was about to buy something for me and Kagami right before you called" I answer "Perfect, I'm outside your house, I brought you breakfast, I would love to stay and eat it with you but my father needs me at the company today" Akashi says, my eyes widen a little and now there is a blush on my cheeks "Oh Akashi, you didn't need to do that, wait a second" I say and look at Kagami mouthing 'do I look ok?' He gives me a thumbs up and I start walking towards the door.

Akashis POV:

I woke up earlier than usual just to bring Tetsuya breakfast, and when he opened the door let me tell you that it was so worth it, he was wearing an oversized white t-shirt and little nike shorts, I can't wait for the day when I'll be able to see him like this everyday, he still has his phone on his ear like me, he removes it and hangs up, I put my phone back in my pocket.

"This is so sweet Akashi, thank you, it's a pity that you can't stay" Tetsuya says and starts walking towards me "Tetsuya, I promise I'll make it up to you" I say smiling, he hugs me, I put a hand around his waist pulling him closer to me "You don't have to, I know that you're busy, as long as we can still text and call It's okay with me, besides, break is almost over, we will get to see each other at school everyday" Tetsuya says and pulls away "True" I say, still not letting go of his hand "So," I show him the bag with food "I hope you like what I got you, it's a croissant with a vanilla milkshake and as you told me yesterday that your friend is currently staying with you I just got him a sandwich and orange juice" I say, mentally rolling my eyes at the thought that another man is living with Tetsuya.

"Wow, I didn't expect you to get something for him too" Tetsuya says chuckling "Yes well you see, you're important to me, so what is important to you is now important to me too, sorry if it sounds weird" I say, not really sorry "Not at all, you are important to me too dear" Tetsuya says, making my smile wider because he just called me dear, he giggles "I will talk to you later Akashi, thank you again" Tetsuya says smiling, I smile back "I'm looking forward to it beautiful" I respond.

"Are you serious, your first date was literally yesterday and Akashi looks likes he's going to propose to you in two weeks" our moment was ruined by Tetsuyas friend, he is really testing my patience "Literally shut up, he brought you breakfast too" Tetsuya says rolling his eyes "Might as well do it in two weeks, it's going to happen anyways" I say, I give one last smile to Tetsuya and get in my car, I can see Kagamis eyes widen and Tetsuya blushing trying to hide his smile, I chuckle and drive away.

Kurokos POV:

Kagami and I walk back inside to go tp the kitchen and put the bag with food in the table, I take a good look at it and realize it's from Murasakibaras "Ah I think I'm in love with him" I say under my breath "WHAT?!" Kagami says "Oh, seems like you heard me, yeah I think I'm in love with him" I say sitting down, Kagami imitates me "It's just...the way he never pressured me into anything, how he reserved the whole place just for us, how he never looks bored or uninterested when we talk, the way he tries to get along with my friends, his smile, his laugh, the things he told me in our date, the little expressions he makes whenever something is bothering him, I think he thinks no one notices" i laugh softly "or how his eyes seem to glow when he likes something....just...just him Kagami" I say smiling while looking at the ceiling.

Kagami looks at my wide eyed, he goes back to his normal expression a few seconds later "Yeah...I think you are in love with him too" he smiles "The idiotic smile and your tone when you talk about him, It's the first time I've seen you like this, I'm glad you found your love Kuroko" Kagami finishes "Thank you, it means a lot, now let's eat this and call Kise so I can tell him everything" I say reaching out for the bag Kagami finally looks at it "Isn't this shit like incredibly expensive?!" he says surprised "Murasakibara-kun is one of Akashis best friends, and your childhood friends boyfriend, also it's not even that expensive" I say, now drinking my milkshake, Kagami shakes his head "I hate you rich people" He mumbles, I simply ignore it and dial Kises number.
