11. Boyfriends

Akashis POV:

It's been 2 weeks since our first date and we're basically glued to each other now, I learned that he has a whole music room in his house, I've stayed over too, in the same bed and all but we can't do anything because his friend is there, and also because I don't wanna seem like the type of guy who just wants sex, there's a lot of rumors about me you know, I'm glad that Tetsuya doesn't believe any of them, he must understand since there's a lot of rumors about him too but I don't care.

We have 3 days before our last year of university starts, hopefully I'll be in the same class as my love but even if I'm not I'll just arrange it, both of our families are investors there, 3 days before school starts, meaning 3 days before Tetsuyas friend finally leaves, don't get me wrong I'm not trying to break their friendship, I don't hate the guy either it's just that he's always around, whenever me and Tetsuya are having a moment it will be ruined by him coming in or his shouting.

My father gave me these last 3 days free of work so Tetsuya and I figured it will be nice if we get our friends to meet each other, and by Tetsuya and I figured, I mean that he had the idea and I refused at first but after the first "pleaseee" I agreed, seriously...I can't believe him and what he does to me, I have never wanted to protect and to stay with someone like I do with him, it feels amazing, he makes me feel so loved too, and this is just with a few weeks of meeting him! However, I haven't properly asked him to be my boyfriend, at first I thought it would be childish but considering how charming he is, peasants at school will want to make a move on him, so I want to clarify our relationship, even if we kiss, even if he brings me lunch to work sometimes, even if we have slept over at each other's places, even if we're always texting and calling, even if we call each other "dear" "darling" "love" "beautiful" "handsome" etc etc.

So, I convinced Atsushi and Himuro to come to Tetsuyas place, and convinced his friend to go somewhere else, I'm not wearing anything too fancy because I know Tetsuya will be dressing like he would in a normal day and I don't want him to feel weird or anything, he's taking a nap right now by the way, that helped me plan everything, Shintaro and Kazunari actually live around here so I asked them to bring me some flowers to give to him along with the bracelet I got a few days ago, it's a matching pair, his is made out of gold with a few rubies and has the letters "AS" Akashi Seijuuro if you didn't get it, and mine is a silver one with a few naturally found blue diamonds (they are extremely rare and more valuable than the man made ones) it has the letters "KT" on it, his initials.

I didn't want to propose too soon because I want us to take our time, maybe I'll do it six months from now and we can get married after graduation just as the companies will unite...ah it's not time to think about that, now, I have to wake up this gorgeous creature and hope he won't slap me...this time.

I head to the room, everything is ready down stairs I just need him, I knock a few times and when there's no response I slowly open the door just to find him snuggled against the blanket which is covering his whole body, he's so cute I might die, but first, I need to ask him something, I softly sit beside him and start stroking his hair he stirs a bit but he's still asleep, I decide to kiss his face, I start by his forehead, his cheeks, his nose, and finally, just as he's waking up, his lips "wake up baby" I say in what's almost a whisper "mhm? Why?" He says with his eyes still closed and a small pout "Dinner is ready, and I need to ask you something" I softly say, he opens one eye "what's for dinner?" I chuckle, of course he would ask that "sushi, and a variety of vanilla flavored things for dessert" I say, smirking because I know that's going to completely wake him up, and it did "wow...should have said so sooner" he sits up and stretches, I wake up and hold his hand when he's finally out of bed.

We start walking downstairs and I take a look at what he's wearing, black shorts and one of my hoodies, again, he's so cute I might die, but instead of dying I smile, we finally reach the dinning hall and I open the door, soon Tetsuyas eyes widen, the lights are dim, there's also a few candles, two plates of food in the table, along with two wine glasses and well, the wine, next to that it's a bouquet of red roses and a jewelry bag "W-what's going on?" Tetsuya asks with flushed cheeks "Just go with it beautiful" I guide him inside and we sit down, the night is pretty normal, we talk about stuff we'd talk about in a usual night, but of course that doesn't mean that Tetsuya didn't steal glances at the flowers and the bag from time to time, we finish our food and I go get the milkshakes and vainilla cake.

"I don't know why you did all this, but I love it, thank you" Tetsuya says smiling softly at me, I smile back and we start eating and drinking our desserts "So, you wanted to know what was going on at first right?" I say, he looks at me confused but still nods "Well, this is what is going on" I say and stand up grabbing the bouquet and the bag to stand next to him, he looks up at me.

"Tetsuya I never thought I could be this care free or that I could feel like this, you're the first and only person capable of defying me and live to tell it, these past few weeks have been amazing, I want more of it, I know asking this is kind of dumb considering we're basically already together but just to make sure" I take his bracelet out of the bag "I don't want to propose to you just yet, so first please accept being my boyfriend" I say smiling at him, already knowing the answer, he's been smiling this whole time so he just chuckles "you're right, asking that is kind of dumb, but it's cute, and I'm glad you're asking that to me and not to anyone else" Tetsuya says "of course I'll be your boyfriend" he stands up to hug me, I hug him back obviously and then kiss him, I can feel him smiling, then we let go and I hand him the flowers, he just giggles and blushes thanking me "Baby give me your wrist" I say and he does it, I carefully put the bracelet and stares at it "It's...it's beautiful Sei...thank you" he says and smiling, I smile at him too then realize he just called me by my first name "Did you just call me..?" I ask "Sei? Of course I called you Sei, and you better get used to it, boyfriend" Tetsuya says and proceeds to kiss me "Alright, boyfriend" I say and we both laugh.

3rd person POV:

"Oh I'm so going to brag to takao that I got to witness this" Himuro whispers behind the dining hall door and then leaves the house with his boyfriend, who was already waiting for him outside.
