(Anakin's POV, the pic is what Ahsoka looks like in modern AU, creds to whoever made the fanart!!! this chapter will contain HEAVY HEAVY child abuse, police, mild gore, cussing, and finally the parents get arrested :) )

I woke up having a big headache, i wasn't looking forward to going to school, not having Obi-Wan there, and i can't imagine how Ahsoka feels without Rex, we are both heartbroken from it. i get up and get into Black sweats with a white stripe going down the sides, i put on a black shirt, and a hoodie that's black with white on the lower half of the hoodie, i put on olin black combat boots and grab my bookbag walking downstairs, my mom is making breakfast like normal.

"have you heard from Ben sweetie?" My mom asked, I sighed "he's homeschooled." i said sadly, i sat down at the table waiting "i'm so sorry sweetie, hopefully him and Rex can leave that house as soon as possible." My mom replied, i didn't respond, i was way to upset to even care about whatever was going on around me.

my mom places the food in front of me and gave me a kiss on the forehead and ruffled my hair, i flashed a small grin, wasn't real obviously, i just didn't want anyone around me to be affected by my sadness, i would feel bad.

My mom is always so sweet to me, she's always there for me, knows how to actually make me smile. And she's the one person i can actually talk to, which is why i want Ben here, because he can talk to my mom about his problems and she won't judge or be mean like Ben's mom. I also feel bad for Rex, he's 17 and shouldn't be going through that stress.

i finish eating and put my dishes in the sink, i hear Ahsoka honk and i grab my bag "i'm leaving bye mom!" i shouted, i heard her faint "bye have a good day!" and i left.

i get in the car with Ahsoka, she had a white hoodie with black stripes down the arms, she wore a black skirt and her bike shoes. "hey snips" i said, i didn't want to be all upset with her around, she's always happy. this time she wasn't, and i saw.

we got to school and parked fairly close to the school, Ahsoka gets up, she hasn't said a word the whole drive, and that worries me. a lot.

"hey snips don't go in yet, what's wrong?" i asked grabbing her wrist very lightly and giving her worried eyes "Look Anakin, we are both upset that our boyfriends are homeschooled, let's have some space to figure out everything okay? i don't want to upset you, and i'm upsetting myself by saying this. but i dont want to talk to anyone today. get to class." She said and gets out of my grip and walks into the school, that isn't Ahsoka.

i decided not to push it and walk to class.

i get to my Math class pretty early, i sit in the back and go on my phone on instagram, scrolling through everyone's posts. maybe she's right, just have some space so we won't upset anyone around us, she's always been smart like that. but i don't want anyone to think i'm ignoring them, like barriss, or cody. or even Mr Opress, Maul.

I scrolled through my suggested friends and saw Mr Opress's instagram, so i pressed on it and looked at his photos, it was him mostly at the gym, showing off his abs and biceps, he was with another guy, so i looked at the caption "love the workout today handsome" was what it said, it looked like his husband from the way they posed in the photos.

i scrolled down and saw another guy that wasn't his husband, he was in his house in front of a mirror with him, it looked kinda like him, but some different features "Saw my brother after a few years today" was the caption, his brother? he was attractive just like Mr Opress.

i scrolled further, there he was again, it was a video. "Savage! do it!" Mr opress said that was recording his brother, whose name was Savage. he was standing in front of boxes, stacked up, looked like five boxes "If i fall and break a bone it's your fault Maul!" Savage yelled, he then jumped amd landed on the boxes, Mr Opress started cheering and Savage started laughing. then the video stopped, the caption said "My brother doing a stacked box jump for the first time." i'm guessing it's a certain workout.
