(Ben's POV)

"Rex, Ben, Jyn! come down to eat!" my foster mother called for us, we all ran down the long spiral staircase and into the huge kitchen that i was still impressed with, how could they even afford this kind of house? i have been the happiest i've ever been, good home, amazing boyfriend, everything is great.

"So Ben, did you tell Jyn about how you're- you know?" My foster mother asked "oh! um yeah well Jyn i'm gay." i said nervously rubbing the back of my neck.

"omg omg omg!! that's awesome! i've always wanted a gay best friend, well since you are my brother now than i have a gay brother that's so cool!!" Jyn said very excitedly making everyone laugh. "can Anakin and Ahsoka come over tomorrow?" Rex asked as he stuffed his face with food

"oh of course sweetie, and maybe Jyn's girlfriend can join you guys." Our foster mother Qi'ra said, Jyn perked up nodding, "it's a plan" out foster father said and we all cheered.

After dinner we all helped clean the kitchen, me, Rex and Jyn ran upstairs and in Jyn's room to play on her Playstation that she has, we put on this game called 'Doom external' it was such a good game! it was a online game with two teams, and through the game you get power ups and one of them you can turn into a demon it's so cool!

we played that for a few hours before me and Rex retired to our own rooms.

i walk inside my master bedroom with my giant king sized bed, and my flat screen TV. i set up my playstation 5 to the TV and put on netflix and a random show i have already seen them head to bed to the TV playing on low in the background.

-in the morning-

me and Rex decided to stay home from school since it was a rough day yesterday, Jyn graduated last year so she was still sleeping while Rex barged in my room and jumped on my bed with a huge smile "hey obi!" he said laughing "hey buddy what's got you so happy?" i asked rubbing my eyes

"i don't know, i just woke up in a good mood" Rex said, and i could understand why.

"did you take your medicine yet?" i asked sitting up "n-no." he stuttered softly "oh Rex, you need to." i said and grabbed his medicine bottle opening the cap. "go get a bottle of water and take this pill, once your done come back in here." i said and Rex nodded taking the pill and running downstairs.

Rex came back a few moments later with the bottle in his hand "done!" he said excitedly, i laughed and patted the bed for him to sit next to me, he came crawling over and layed his head on my shoulder with a huge smile on him.

i couldn't be happier, i had my little brother safe, and i had my best friend and sister Jyn, with a family who supports me and that i'm gay. i love this.

"whatcha watching Ben?" Rex asked looking at the TV confused "oh um it's called Jane the Virgin, it's kind of a chick flick..." i said softly, Rex laughed "my tough older brother watching a chick flick?! that's amazing! i'm going to watch it with you!" Rex said and i didn't expect that answer, but i'll accept it, i let him watch it with me.

Rex laughed at how Jane, the main character, got pregnant as a virgin, "it's like mary! when she got pregnant with Jesus but was a virgin and her husband almost left her because he thought she cheated on him." Rex said, I looked at Rex confused "how- how do you know that?" i hesitated a bit "oh well i heard someone in one of my classes at school talking about it with another classmate. they are christian." Rex explained, I hummed and continued to watch the show.

Jyn walked in with a smile "hey gay nerds what you up to?" she asked, i laughed and paused the show "we are watching jane the virgin." i replied, Jyn gasped "i love that show! mind if i join you?" i nodded and she crawled in the bed on the other side of me.
