Dear Diary

I walked with Kasia up the marble stairs and up to our family's section. We walked into the building and once at the top of the stairs, turned right. It threw me off for a second, as I'd always went to the room on the left for two years. I guess I was sort of on auto-pilot.

We entered the room and Juno was in her bed using her phone. She lifted her head up as we walked in. "Oh hey Ka- Kasia and Y/N...?" She rolled over to look at us. "Yeah, they didn't feel comfortable staying in the same room as Legoshi, so they asked me if they could sleep in here. I said yes, obviously." She gestured to me and I waved, embarrassing myself. Again. "You don't mind, right?" Juno smiled and shook her head. "No, no, I don't mind. Y/N's nice, I like them." She turned off her phone and sat up.

I realized I forgot my bag, so I excused myself and went to grab it. Boss was the only one who was already in the left room. "Hey, you went in the wrong room." He laughed. "I guess you just noticed your mistake, huh?" I rolled my eyes. "Thanks, Captain Obvious. But it wasn't a mistake; I'm sleeping with the girls tonight."

While I strolled over to my bag, Boss bursted out laughing. My ears launched up like rocket-ships and my head whipped towards him. Then my eyes narrowed as I registered what he was laughing at. "Woah, you little player, you!" Didn't I hear this exact joke earlier? I stood back up, bag in paw, and gave him a look. "Come on, Boss. You know what I mean." I said, straining as I heaved my bag upwards and ambled across the room. Damn, this thing is heavy. "Oh, I know, I know, I'm fooling." I smirked and rolled my eyes again as Boss continued to laugh.

I freed my arms from the weight of the bag, relinquishing it to the floor. Juno chuckled. "Wow, Y/N. That looks heavy as hell." She was still sitting on her bed, her legs now dangling off the edge. "It is." I said, my breathing as heavy as my bag. I could really use some more exercise. I rolled my eyes for the third time in under a minute as I remembered my blanket and pillow were still in the other room. I trudged back over to the other room to grab them.

Boss had stopped laughing, but still crossed his arms and gave me a look as I walked across the room. When I had grabbed my stuff, and was walking out, I heard, very quietly, "Player..." I twirled around so I was facing him. He was sitting on the bed, fingers intertwined, legs crossed, trying to look all innocent. He gave me a side smirk, causing me to do the same. He shrugged, lifting his tiny arms up. "What did I do?" He was still grinning. I threw my pillow at him and shouted, "Sir! In your haste, it appears that you have forgotten the supreme hearing of an arctic wolf such as my noble self!" I said with a prominent vibrato.

He threw my own pillow back at me, then hopped up, grabbing his own. "You dare challenge me to a duel?!" And thus begun a vicious battle of the pillows.

Juno opened the door and Kasia followed after. "What's going on out here?!" Juno asked, eyebrows raised and a smile on her face. "Stand back, fair maidens!" Boss held out his hand in the 'halt' gesture. "My squabble is with them!" He pointed at me and continued hitting me with his pillow.

Kasia's hand flew to her forehead as she proclaimed, "Oh, Lady Juno! Such brave and valiant knights they are!" Juno then pretended to fall and catch herself on Kasia. "Indeed, Lady Kasia! Such bravery! Such courage!" She outstretched an arm toward the ceiling. "We must help!" Kasia triumphantly lifted her fist as she said so. "Oh, but we mustn't! What are you thinking?! We could be killed!" Juno acted terrified and shivered. "Even so," Kasia began solemnly. "It is our duty! Not as ladies... but as knights!" She rushed back into the right room the get pillows. She threw one to Juno and they both attacked each me and Boss respectively.

After a few minutes, Boss wailed loudly and dramatically. "My heart... It's been slashed!" And he bumbled around like that one fatass lawyer from the bee movie.

He fell to the ground, his tongue hanging out of his mouth. Juno grabbed mine and Kasia's wrists and held them up. "Gentlepeople!" She began regally. "This is a day of triumph! A day of glory! A day... of... freedom!" All three of us cheered as Boss grimaced on the floor. "Why, why...?! What a world..."

Durham and Miguno came into the room. I can't even imagine what they thought as they saw pillows everywhere, Juno holding our arms up, and Boss laying on the floor. The fact that they probably heard all the noise as they were coming up the stairs and wondered what the hell was going on up here makes it even funnier. We laughed harder than my sister hits me. And when Durham and Miguno asked what was so funny, we laughed harder than my sister is an asshole.
