17: Gone

The sun shined down his eyes. Jungkook placed his hand in front of his eyes trying to block the sun. Jungkook lowers his head and notices he was surrounded by beautiful flowers. Jungkook smiles and kneels down to inspect it. Jungkook looks up when he heard his name being called. 

"Jungkook! Jungkook!" 

"Y/N!" Jungkook gasped. Jungkook runs up to hug you tightly. "Y/n, I'm so glad to see you!" Jungkook beamed. You smiled and touched his cheek. "I miss you," You mumbled. You grinned with teary eyes. 

"You saved me," You whispered, moving closer to his lips. Jungkook nodded slowly. He was amazed at how he saved someone from ending it. You shift your arm to his hand, "Do you wanna run away?" You asked. 

"Anything for you, darling," Jungkook smiled. You looked to your left and scoffed, "Let's see how far we can make it." You started running while grabbing onto Jungkook's hand. Jungkook looks in front of him to see a never-ending loop of flowers. Both of you ran so happily in between the flowers. The wind blew so elegantly making your hair fly beautifully. 

Jungkook felt something he never felt before. His heart raced and his cheeks turn into a shade of pink. He felt something so warm it made him so joyful—So euphoric. Just seeing you dancing through the flowers made him feel full of life. He's never seen you smile like this before.

You run to Jungkook and hug him tightly. Jungkook grabs your waist tightly and pulls you into a soft kiss. Jungkook's body tensed with your touch. Your soft lips felt so calming on his. The both of you pulled away slowly while glaring at each other

Jungkook needed to get something out of his guts. Jungkook tries to hold in the words. He couldn't.

"I love you."

Those three words slid out of his mouth. You gasped and let him go. You take a few steps away from him. Jungkook takes a step forward but you back away even more. Jungkook worried. 

"Do you mean it?" You asked. 

"I-I do, Y/n. I love you!" 

A tear fell down from your eyes. "I DON'T BELIEVE YOU!" You cried. Jungkook lowered his eyes and sighed disappointedly. "I love you. I love you. I love you," Jungkook repeated. 

"I DON'T LOVE YOU!" You shouted. Jungkook gasped and froze. He felt startled and heartbroken. 

"I love Taehyung..." You finished. 

"I love Taehyung—" You were cut off with a sting in your stomach. Blood started dripping down. "Y/N!" Jungkook yelled as he ran to you. You fell on his arms. A sudden wound appeared from your stomach. Jungkook ripped part of your dress to cover the wound. "Y/n, stay with me!" Jungkook cried. Jungkook touched your cheek. 

"Y/n, please don't die," Jungkook sobbed. Jungkook noticed the flowers around him started dying and decomposing. The light blue sky got filled with angry clouds with thunder and lightning. 

Jungkook's tears fell on your face and you suddenly stopped breathing. Jungkook closes his eyes tightly to cry and stop the tears to fall. 

"Y/n, I can't lose you. I can't live without you." Jungkook sobbed. He then dropped you on the ground. He felt so hurt. He rethought what just came out of his mouth. 

"I can't live without you..."

BEEP, BEEP, BEEP—

Jungkook stood up from his bed, awoken by the alarm clock. He turned off and sighed. Jungkook rubs his eyes when he notices the tears. Jungkook sighed and did his normal morning routine. Jungkook puts on his apron as he steps out of the flower shop and cuts some flowers that were growing outside.
