Chapter 38: We are finally Safe & Sound...

Y/N's POV

I woke up to find myself back in my room in the dorms.

Y/N: The hell?

I sat up. My leg then suddenly started to hurt very bad. I remember I was bitten. I look down, my leg is missing. My heart skips a few beats.

Y/N: What the fuck?!

I look across the room to see crutches leaned against the wall.

Y/N: I guess they are for me.

I hear the door open. I see Clem, she looked like she saw a ghost.

Clementine: Y/N!

She then ran over and hugged me tightly, almost knocking me back down to our bed.

Y/N: Whoa.

Clementine: I can't believe you're alive! I thought I lost you!

Clem was lightly sobbing, but it was happy tears.

Y/N: What happened? Last thing I remember was us being at the barn.

I look at my leg and back at Clem.

Y/N: Did you do this?

Clem lightly nodded.

Y/N: You.....saved my life.

Clementine: I couldn't let you die....I HAD to save you. You've been there for me since the beginning. I don't plan on you leaving me anytime soon.

I smile.

Y/N: I don't plan on it either.

Me and Clem kissed.

Y/N: Where's AJ.

Clementine: Fishing. He should be back soon.

Y/N: Should we head outside?

Clementine: Of course. Omar is preparing us food.

Y/N: Nice, I'm starving.

Clem grabbed the crutch's and helped me get them on. We headed outside. Louis sees us.

Louis: Holy shit! Y/N!

Louis hugs me.

Y/N: Nice seeing you too, Louis.

Louis: When Clem took you in, I.... You didn't look good. We didn't think you would make it.

Clementine: We are all glad you are still with us, Y/N.

Y/N: Thanks, I'm glad that I'm still here too.

Louis walked away.

Clementine: I want to show you something, I'm gonna surprise AJ when he gets back.

Y/N: Sure. Show me what you got.

I follow Clem. She takes me to the graveyard, there is a tire swing.

Y/N: Nice Clem! AJ will love this.
