"Mar. Mar. Mar! Wake up!" a voice yelled in my ear.

I grumbled, grabbing one of my pillows and throwing it in the direction of the voice.

"You'll want better aim, if you were trying to throw that at me." said the voice, and I recognised it as the voice of Fred Weasley.

I opened my eyes to see Fred walking over to get the pillow I had thrown at him. He picked it up and chucked it back onto my bed.

"Where's George?" I asked, putting the pillow under my head.

"Still asleep." Fred replied, sitting down on the end of my bed.

"And what's the time?" I asked, looking around the dark room.

"Er.. five in the morning." muttered Fred, running a large hand through his hair.

"Five?" I exclaimed, slapping his arm. "You git! What did you wake me up for?"

"I dunno, to talk?" asked Fred, shrugging his shoulders.

"About what?" I questioned, propping my pillows up and sitting up.

"Stuff. I dunno. Maybe.. Quidditch? Or school? We're starting Hogwarts in about a month or two!" he said.

"Pfft, yeah totally not two weeks, definitely not." I said sarcastically, rolling my eyes.

"Whatever. You excited?" he asked, leaning against the wall.

"Obviously. Anyway, I'm starving, let's go get some breakfast." I said, slowly getting up and slipping my blue Weasley jumper on over my pajamas.

Fred and I left my room - which is on the same floor as his and George's room - and walked downstairs to the kitchen.

"Pancakes smell good, Molly!" I exclaimed, inhaling the sweet smell of fresh pancakes as I came into the kitchen.

"Thank you, dear. Gosh, you two are up early! You alright?" Molly said, coming over to check our temperatures.

Fred and I chuckled, sitting down at the table, assuring her that we were both absolutely fine.

"I just woke up early because of somebody." I said, glaring at Fred, who was sitting next to me.

Just then, Molly served us pancakes with bacon and fried banana on them. We both immediately tucked in, eating like pigs.

"Good morning." said Percy, walking into the kitchen, polishing his glasses.

"Morning, Perce!" I said, throwing a piece of bacon at him. The bacon landed in his hair and he turned around, fuming.

"Which of you did that?" he snarled, his eyes flicking between us.

"Me." I said, flopping my messy hair over. "What're you going to do about it?"

"Why you little bitch-" growled Percy.

"Percy! Watch your language!" scolded Molly. "You can wait a couple more hours for your breakfast! Go to your room!"

I smirked as Percy stomped back upstairs. Fred turned to me grinning, holding his hand up for me to high-five. I high-fived him, and turned back to my food.

"Good one." he muttered, so his mother wouldn't hear. I bowed, and continued eating.

Yet again, somebody walked into the kitchen, this time, it was George.

"Morning." he said, yawning and rubbing his eyes. "What was Percy all moody about? Penelope Clearwater not want to go out with him?"

I snickered as Molly handed George breakfast and he sat down. "Oh, Marlene threw a piece of bacon at him and he called her a b-word, so I told him he can wait a couple more hours for his breakfast." answered Molly.

"Oh, right. Yeah, that makes sense." said George, picking up a piece of his own bacon and eating it. "Nice one." he added in an undertone to me, winking.

"Why, thank you." I replied, tipping my invisible hat to him.

The three of us ate our breakfast, then headed back up to my room. I sat on the bed, Fred sat on the chair at my desk, and George plopped down onto the bean-bag.

I slipped back under the covers of my warm bed, taking my jumper off. "So, you think we'll all make Gryffindor?"

"Definitely!" scoffed Fred. "Me and George are Weasleys by blood, and you're practically a Weasley, so yeah!"

"Yeah, ok!" I said, reassured. "Hang on. You two are boys. I'm a girl. There's separate dorms."

Fred and George both froze. "But.. they can't separate us! They just can't!" mumbled George.

"We'll talk some sense into the head of house, and tell them they have to put me in with you guys, or I'll die." I said.

"Ok, yeah, we'll do that. It'll work, right?" asked George.

"Yeah, for sure!" said Fred.

"Ok, now you two shoo, so I can get dressed." I said, getting up from my bed and showing them out. They left the room and I closed the door.

I walked over to my drawers, pulling out shorts and a t-shirt. I got dressed, the put my Weasley jumper back on over the top.

I opened my curtains and watched the rising sun, think about how cool it would be to actually learn magic at Hogwarts.
