~ Ren's Pov ~

Because of my brother, I am now a member of a host club. It wasn't terrible. I got used to talking to the girls, I had three regulars - the same from my first day - and Haruka comes near every time as well. Even though she thinks it's kind of dumb she still supports me I respect her a lot for that. It doesn't feel as awkward with them anymore which I'm grateful for, we just talk like we're friends, we are friends.

I was currently studying with Haruhi when I realized the time.

"holy shit, Haruhi we're late," I said as we both started to pack up our things and began running down the halls. When we finally got there, I opened the door for her when I froze making her bump into my back.

"Ren? What is it?" she said from behind me. I moved out of the way to show her the music room. It was covered in decorations that made it look like we were in the topics.

"what's this?" she said before the others did the whole welcome thing. 'Can you see this from heaven mom? this is the club I was forced to join.' I thought irritatedly.

"You finally made it you two, your so late," the twins said in monotone voices 

"I could be wrong but my calendar says it's still early spring," I said opening the calendar on my phone. Tamaki started talking about how it's today's theme I zoned out and was looking at a cool chameleon until I was being dragged behind a certain by the twins. They were trying to make me change into a costume.

"Hurry up! Change Change Change!" they were yelling before I kicked them out. The outfit I was given was similar to Tamaki's which I was grateful for because it had a shirt. I didn't want all that much to be shirtless around people I've just met, I get too self-conscious about those things.

~ Time Skip ~

Tamaki and I were sitting together with our guests today, he said it would be fun to host together. He was talking to his guests about one being a goddess. 'I flatter my guests too but that's a little much' I thought, sweat dropping while watching the display. My girls knew I wasn't into that kind of thing they all chuckle at my slight discomfort.

"Oh yes, I almost forgot to mention to you ladies. Next week the host club would be sponsoring a party," he said.

"we're throwing a party?" I questioned him, only to be ignored when the guests asked questions.

"Will you be attending Princess?" I asked no specific one of my guests. They gushed at the name and nodded. "What about you Haruka?" I asked my friend, she doesn't often speak when at the host club she really only comes for moral support.

"I don't know yet I really don't have anything formal to wear," she said thinking with her hand on her chin. I already knew she was a how they say 'commoner' she had mentioned the fact that her dad tattooed I believe. I nodded. I didn't want to say anything in front of my other guests but I was disappointed.

"I hope we'll be lucky enough that the cherry blossoms are in full bloom at the party," Rei said

"The two of us dancing among the cherry blossoms, It's so dreamy" Nozomi gushed while Emiko nodded.

"You really think so? You know ladies, it's really cute when you dream like that" I say smiling causing them to gush even more.

"Excuse me I hate to disturb but I think it's time for the hosts to switch clients," I said to a girl with short reddish-brown hair said. I smiled at her, she was new so I didn't want to let on how nervous I was after what happened in the last chapter. I was kind of paranoid.

"oh, I'm sorry you must be my next appointment, Miss," I say

"My name's Kanako. Kanako Kasugazaki." she said before she placed her hand on my chin and tilted my head up "you're even cuter than I expected, I've decided from now on you're going to be my new favorite host Ren," she says.
