Since today was the last day, everyone gathered up to play a gigantic game of— tag, but with a twist.
Basically, how it worked, there would be 4 groups, Worms, Moths, Frogs and Hawks.
When you tag someone, they go on your team.
The worms couldn't tag anyone though, and can simply run and try not to get tagged. The moths can only tag the worms, the frogs can only tag the worms and moths, and the hawks can tag them all. No one can tag the hawks.
So, everybody was put into their groups, I decided to join the frogs (since frogs are adorable) but Kyōtani joined the hawks, meaning we're going against each other.
Soon, one of the counselors started blowing a whistle, letting the groups get a 20 second start one by one. When it was my groups turn, we all sprinted like our lives depended on it into the woods, but not too far so we can hear when the hawks whistle blew.
We stood there, making sure we gain some of our energy back, and when we heard the whistle we sprinted faster than ever before. Some kids were faster than others, but we tried to stay as a group.
We avoided the open field and stayed hidden in the woods, taking small breaks but running immediately right after.
From afar, we could hear the yells from the moth team, so we decided to run into the other direction. That's when we ran into the worms, we all tagged a good portion of their team, making ours bigger.
After some running, we heard leaves rustling from behind us— Hawks. All of us started sprinting, but some didn't survive and ended up on the hawks team. I saw Kyōtani running towards me, but we all decided to scatter and go deeper into the woods. Eventually, the hawks got tired and we lost them and all met back up together.
We found a group of remaining moths, who were tired already so we just tagged them. The moth team is eliminated.
After a quick 5 minute break, we planned on running across the field to the other side of the woods, but we noticed the worms there. Quickly, we tagged them all and ran into the woods.
"Alright, if the hawks get too close to us, we all scatter and go to the lake," I order them and they all nodded.
Around 10 minutes passed, no sign of the hawks. They must be on the other side of the forest, and we have to expect them soon.
Spoke too soon.
They must've been sneaking on us, because out of no where a group of hawks started chasing us. Everyone started sprinting towards the field, "SCATTER!!'" I yelled, and everyone individually ran into different directions. There weren't enough hawks for them to chase all to us, but Kyōtani stayed on my trail.
"I got you now," he yelled from behind me, reaching his arm out, "No you don't!" I giggle with excitement and started sprinting faster, playing volleyball was worth it.
Right when he was about to touch me, the bell rang, meaning the game was over. When we met back at the plaza, they announced we had won because there were more frogs than hawks.
"HAHA! SUCK ON THAT!" I scoffed and got flipped off quickly by him. I gasped dramatically, "Kyō! The children!" I exclaim, making him give me a sarcastic look.

After everybody ate, they were ordered to line up by a small table set up in the cafeteria. There were boxes filled with— Free camp shirts for the campers! Each of them got different colors, some not liking it but "you get what you get and you don't throw a fit" I guess.
After all of them got their shirts and were told to go to their cabins and change for a group photo! Even I got a shirt, it was a light teal one.
"That matches you quite well," a voice said from behind me— Kyōtani, "We're matching!" He showed me his shirt, which was the same color.
"Guess so," I chuckled and gave him a smile.

Everyone gathered on the dock, their shirts on. The taller kids were in the back, the shorter in the font, all the teachers, counselors, chaperones, and CITs on the side. I stood next to Kyōtani, Oikawa in the other side with Iwaizumi.
The manager took a photo on her phone, and then a little Polaroid camera. Anyone who wanted a copy of the picture can get own, and of course I did, memories.
The original photo was hanged up in the managers office, it had other pictures and I even saw high school Kyōtani. He looked so mad back then. Was he wearing eyeliner? What an emo kid.
Well, that's my first picture, and maybe I'll be in a lot more in the future.
I walked out the office to see Kyōtani, "Where is everyone?" I ask him, there wasn't anybody around, "Playing volleyball again. I'm tired so,".
My head nodded as I leaned onto the wooden fence, then I felt Kyōtani's hand grab me, "Tag," he says with a smirk.
"That doesn't count!! We're not even playing anymore and we won fair and square!!!" I smacked his hand away, making him burst out in laughter, with anger I started giving him weak punches in the shoulder which only made him laugh more.
"I HATE YOU SO MUCH,"
"Love you too," he teased, making my face flushed and heated up.
Wind blew quickly, making my hair mess up, but an idea popped into my head. "Hey, do you want my number? Since we're leaving tomorrow, I wanted to still talk to you...." I tell him and he smiled at me, "sure why not," he handed me a small pen from his pocket and gave me his clipboard. There was just lined paper in it, so I wrote my number neatly, but big enough, and gave it to him. He folded it up and slid it into his pocket.
Before he left, he squeezed my face like he did before and gave me a warm smile,
"See you at dinner."· · ─────── ·𖥸· ─────── · ·
