4 "You kept it."

Third person

Tanjiro turned to see the man, but he was wearing a mask. Was it a demon mask?

"That knife isn't going to do the job." He spoke.

"What's with the mask?" Tanjiro asked himself looking over his shoulder at the man.

"And, I couldn't hear his footsteps." Tanjiro told himself again before turning.

Nezuko and (Y/N) were just hand and hand watching the scene unfold.

"O-Okay, how do I kill him, then?" Tanjiro asked the masked man.

"Think for yourself." The man told Tanjiro. (Rude much-?)

"Or aren't you capable of solving your own problems?" He asked.

"Uh-.." "Stabbing the head won't work. So I'll have to crush it." Tanjiro thought as he turned to the rocks.

Once he got one he started walking to the demon.

"I probably have to crush his his skull completely, which means hitting him with this rock over and over. I bet he'll suffer." Tanjiro thought.

While Tanjiro was in his thoughts. (Y/N) grabbed Nezuko and put her in the house away from the Sun.

"Nezuko, (Y/N!)" Tanjiro yelled for them.

(Y/N) stepped out the house into he sunlight and she was perfectly fine.

So she went to find Tanjiro.

"Hmm?" She hummed.

Tanjiro heard her voice and walked away from the tree to go find her.

"Wha- EH?! WHY ARE YOU IN SUNLIGHT?!" Tanjiro yelled.

(Y/N) stood there dumbfounded.

"Hm!" She hummed and took his hand.

She took him to Nezuko and she was in the basket.

He sighed in relief but was still thinking about how (Y/N) was outside.

But he saw something shining in the sunlight and he looked up into (Y/N) hair, to see the flower clip he got her.

He smiled and turned to her.

"You kept it." He said with a smile, and (Y/N) hummed like a yes.

He hugged her tightly and she hugged back.

Tanjiros POV

I will admit I did almost have a heart attack when (Y/N) was in the sunlight.

I walked to go find the old man while (Y/N) stayed with Nezuko.

"He's holding a burial for the people who got killed." Tanjiro told himself as the man got up.

"My name is Sakonj Urokodaki." The man said.

"You're the one Giyu Tomioka sent my way, Correct?" Urokodaki asked.

"I am, I'm Tanjiro Kamado. And the two girls and Nezuko and (Y/N)." I said to Urokodaki.

"Tanjiro.." Urokodaki said.

"What do you intend to do if your sister and lover eat a human?" He asked.

I just gasp. Not thinking at all.

But then I got slapped. "You're too indecisive. You must learn to make decisions quickly. That's why you failed to kill that demon before daybreak."

"Do you know why it took you so long to answer my simple question? Because your resolve is too weak. There are two things you must do if they eat a human. First you KILL them, then slit your own belly and die. That's what traveling alongside demons like your sister means. But you music never allow this to happen. No matter the cost. Your sister and lover taking the life of an innocent person is the one thing that can't happen, Ever! Have I made myself perfectly clear." He asked.

"Yes!" I answered.

"Very well." "I'll will test whenever or not you are fit to become a member of the demon slayer Corp. Carry your sister and follow me!" He said.

I went and held Nezuko, grabbing (Y/N) with the other hand.

Third person POV

They were all running as fast as they could.

"So fast, But I thought he was an old man!" Tanjiro thought while running.
