Chapter 4

*HUGE TIME SKIP TO A MONTH LATER*

Y/N's POV: Me and Lin arrived at the set where Lin was shooting Mary Poppins Returns. The set looked amazing. It was like revisiting my childhood. Me and Lin were greeted by some of the crew members and went to the dressing room to settle down. Then we heard a knock on the door.

"Hello?" The voice said.

"Come in!" Lin replied.

The door opened. It was Emily Blunt!

"Hello Lin! It's been awhile since I've seen you!" Emily said.

"It has! Also, I brought a friend with me. She's technically my roommate I guess!" Lin replied.

"Lovely! And you are?" Emily said turning to Y/N.

"I'm Y/N!" Y/N replied.

Emily smiled at Y/N and Lin for a second.

"Lin, can I talk to you real quick?" Emily asked.

"Sure!" Lin replied.

Y/N's POV: I watched Lin sit up and walk out the door with Emily. It was a little odd but I'll let it slide.

Emily closed the door and stood outside of the dressing room with Lin.

"You didn't tell me that you had a girlfriend!" Emily whispered.

"She's not my girlfriend. She's JUST a friend." Lin replied.

"Lin, I see the way you look at her! You like her!" Emily whispered.

Lin looked down at the ground.

"I do like her-" Lin whispered back.

"How long have you known each other?" Emily asked.

"About a month now." Lin replied.

"Did you ever make a move?" Emily asked.

Lin smiled.

"I didn't. But SHE did." Lin replied.

"How?" Emily said crossing her arms with a funny face expression.

"She said she loved me and I said I loved her. I didn't know if it was overexcitement or us just being funny-" Lin explained.

"Oh gosh-" Emily said putting her hands down to her sides.

"Yeah." Lin replied scratching the back of his neck.

"What if I set you both up on a date! I see you guys connect so well with each other and I just met Y/N!" Emily said with excitement.

"I don't think that will be necessa-"

Emily opened the door. 

"Hey Y/N, since you are in London. I thought this would be a great time for you and Lin to go out for a bit!" Emily said.

Y/N smirked a little bit.
"That would be great Emily! I've been wanting to hang out with Lin since me and him met-" Y/N replied.

"We already have hung out." Lin said leaning against the door frame.

Emily smiled at the tension that was rising in the room. Y/N blushed a little bit.

"OK ILL BE OUT THERE IF YOU NEED ME-" Emily yelled then ran out of the dressing room.

"You and me? 10 pm near that one park we saw on the way to set." Y/N said.

Lin nodded then smiled.
