Chapter 5

*TIME SKIP LATER THAT DAY*

Lin and Y/N packed up for the day after filming a part. Y/N got in the car and waited for Lin. Y/N saw Emily and Lin walking with each other to the car.

"Good luck on your date you too!" Emily shouted.

Lin rolled his eyes then turned to Y/N and saw her slightly smirking. Lin and Emily said goodbye to each other and Lin got in the car.

"I feel like you are very self aware of the tension between us." Lin said.

"I am." Y/N replied giggling slightly.

Lin smiled and started the car. Hamilton started playing. Y/N decided to put it on "say no to this".

"Why did you do that?" Lin asked.

"It's my favorite song outta the whole musical." Y/N smiled.

Y/N started singing Maria's parts and Lin obviously sung Alexander's part. The tension and bond grew more between them. Lin started driving and once the song ended they were already at the park.

"That was a quick drive." Y/N said.

"Eh. I'm speedy quick sometimes." Lin replied.

Y/N and Lin walked to the park and sat on a bench together. There was silence at first but then Lin turned to Y/N.

"Y/N I really need to say something to you." Lin said.

"Sure what is it?" Y/N replied.

"Y/N, ever since I met you I've had feelings for you. When you said that you loved me out of context I felt something between us. I knew you just broke up with your ex a month ago because he ended up going to jail and many other reasons so I didn't want to interfere my feelings for you since you went through a whole lot with your ex." Lin explained.

"Woah- I've felt the same way Lin. I've actually had a crush on you for awhile." Y/N replied.

"Really? How long?" Lin asked.

"Since 2016. Lin I thought I would never meet you so I had a "celebrity crush" on you since 2016. But now I feel like it's my chance to actually say that I like you." Y/N replied.

"Trust me. There's many people that like you in a romantic way-" Y/N added.

"Yea 10-15 year olds." Lin replied laughing.

Y/N giggled in response.

"Yea Lin. I like you. I love you actually." Y/N said.

Lin hugged Y/N and Y/N met her eyes with Lin's and pecked him on the lips. Lin pulled Y/N back into another kiss which was more passionate.

Lin and Y/N smiled at each other.

"It's getting late. Let's head home" Lin whispered.

Y/N nodded.

*SMALL TIME SKIP*

Lin and Y/N got home and fell asleep in each other's arms.
