Sabotage Chapter 19

Elijah's POV

I went to my office this morning and see a letter from Jonson Inc. I furrow my brows and open the letter.

"Dear Mr. Gold, We regret to inform you that we have denied your contact with us we originally signed due to the simple fact of we have learned some very bad information about your company from a Miss Allie Williams. We are sorry about this, Have a good one" - Johnson Inc.

I throw the letter down and groan annoyed.  And Of course my mother has to come in.

"hello son!" she chirps sitting down

I roll my eyes "Mom what do you need? I'm really not in a good mood right now" 

"Oh no what's wrong?" she asks 

"not like you care but we just lost a contract they said Allie had told them bad information" I say 

"don't you hate it when I'm right?" she asks 

"I don't believe she'd do something like this" I say 

"It's usually the ones we think won't betray us that do" she says 

I scoff "Yeah you know all about that don't you?" I ask 

"This isn't about me, this is about your girlfriend what are you gonna do?" She asks 

"I'm going to go talk to her" I say leaving the office.

Allie's POV

I woke up and got dressed for work. Today's client is very important If she likes my work I will get a major contract deal with her. 

That's my outfit today I'm super excited about this contract she should be here any moment now.

"Miss Williams?" 

"Yes Mrs. Chesterwood?" I ask 

"yes it's lovely to meet you dear let's take a look at your works" She says smiling 

I show her my works and pull up some collages I've done when Elijah bursts in.

"Allie we need to talk now" He says 

"Can't this wait? I'm really busy this meeting is important" I say 

He chuckles then lifts me over his shoulder carrying me outside my office. He places me down I cross my arms annoyed.

"Thanks now I could lose that client contract" I snap

"hmm then you'd know how it feels to lose a big contract wouldn't you?" he asks 

"What the hell are you talking about?" I snap

He shows me the letter "This is what I'm talking about"
