I walk downstairs to make some coffee before I leave for work.
"Wow even at your worst you look amazing" Kelly says smiling
"Thank you?" I say but sounds more as a question
"So you never told me what happened last night" Kelly says
"Made a complete fool of myself, got snapped at by Elijah for ruining a surprise for his dad and his dad's now finacee Karla who is really nice" I say finishing my coffee
"ouch I'm sorry" She says
"yeah I ran out of the place crying after I screamed at him so I think I've completely wrecked this relationship but I've got work to do so later" I say leaving for work
After arriving to work I place my things down in my office then there's a knock on my door.
"Go away Elijah" I say
"it's not Elijah" My boss says entering
"Oh sir I'm so sorry" I say
"It's okay, so where's the website design?" He asks
"Right here for your approval I think it's really great and gives an elegant vibe to make the website more inviting for people and I might have a job photographing pictures of a wedding" I say
"I love the design, and that sounds great" He says smiling
"Finally something is going right" I say shaking my head
"Well, I don't wanna invade your personal life but I'm here if you need to chat about it and I'm going to run and get this design to the design team so we can speed this website up some" He says leaving
*knock knock*
"Who is it?" I ask
"My name is Jackson I'm here to pick up a photo package?" He asks
"Oh Jackson white. Come in, your package is here" I say handing it to him
"Wow these look amazing thank you so much and here's your pay" He says leaving
"No problem" I say placing the money away
As I'm working my phone dings with a message.
Elijah: can we talk?
I don't reply placing my phone back down.
Elijah: I acted like a dick you have every right to be mad but please answer
