He keeps leaving me to go to LA. He thinks I don't know what he's doing there, who he's doing there, but I know. I KNOW, what he's doing. I know.
Since Jack keeps leaving and I'm never gonna tell him I'm pregnant, Sammy goes with me to my doctors appointments.
I've decided I'm not gonna abort this baby. But I still don't know if I'm going to keep it or not.
Next month, I get to find out the gender of the baby and I'm so nervous. I'm so scared. I've seen this baby that's inside me and I don't know if I love it yet but there's a baby inside me. Someone who needs love, someone like me.
While Sammy and I are at the doctors office, Jack blows up my phone because he's back home and I'm not answering him. Suddenly Sammy's phone goes off and excuses himself from the exam room.
"So, is that guy the baby daddy?" The nurse asks.
"The one here with me?" I laugh. "No, he's my best friend."
"Well Hun, the way he looks at you, I can tell he treats you well and thinks differently."
"What do you mean?"
"I can tell he really loves you."
"No.... I have a boyfriend." I reply.
"Oh." The nurse replies.
Well shit, this is an awkward conversation right now....

On the way home, Sammy tells me about his talk with Jack and how Jack is back in town.
"I snapped on him. He acts like it's okay for him to be cheating on you but it's not. He's such a fucking dick." Sammy says angrily.
I kiss the side of his face. "Don't worry babe. It'll be fine. Who cares?"
I wish everything would be okay. But I know it's not. There's something unrepairable between me and Jack and it's too late to fix. Everything we had good was shattered as soon as he cheated, as soon as I got pregnant. Everything is broken.
"Dammit Harper, I care. Don't you get that? I care." He replies.
"I know you do Sammy, I love you for that babe." I tell him.
He pulls into the parking lot at mine and Jack's apartment complex. "You don't get it...."
"What don't I get? Babe I know you care about me! I know-"
He interrupts me by crashing his lips to mine. Our lips move in the same perfect synch that they've moved in before. And that's when I realize it, even before he confirms it to me:
Sammy loves me and he'll always be there for me.
I think I just made my decision.

I've been listening to the same damn playlist on my phone all afternoon and my dad said that Groove is haunting him because it comes on whenever he's anywhere near my room. 😂 He said I overplay it and that it comes on every 2 songs. Nahhh it's every 20 songs! Haha. There's WL, cheat codes, DIR, flights, cold hearted, RWYA, CYBTO, Signs, like that, tides, distance, paradise, nothing to a king, 3 emblem3 songs (curious, tequila sunrise & riptide), party people, wassup & this dance before it gets played again 😂😂😂😂😂 omfg is it bad that it's taken me like 3 months to completely memorize my playlist and that order 😂😂😂😂😂 anyways haha.
