Grom Note

The human and witch were sitting down on the edge of the cliff, looking off into the beautiful sky, pink leaves fluttering down and landing in Amity's hair, to which made them laugh.

"And that Grom fight...Amity, you dance so wonderful...ly...I don't think that's a word, but you were all like, BAKOW! And then Grom grabbed you like WAKAH, and that person! Your crush! Amity, you should've asked them! They would've been a fool not to go out with you!" She layed her hands on Amity's shoulders, making her victim blush.

"I hope so..." She said quietly as her head turned away from Luz, facing towards the beautiful pink tree they created. She looked back at every single moment she could've gave her the note or do...something!! But now here she was, seeing as her crush was insulting herself without even knowing it.

Amity could feel the back of her brain gnawing at her actions. Should she have just gave her the note like she planned to? Not like the human meant to, but she accidentally interrupted her before Luz went into the arena. "Going soft on me, Blight?" was still echoing in her brain. Just the thought of her being so...flirty made her heart soar. To say she liked Luz was an understatement.

"I know so." Her voice softened, she really cared for her friend, didn't she...

Amity looked back at Luz, her caramel eyes were just filled with so much care. How did she get so lucky to have her in her life? She never deserved it, she didn't deserve anything she had right now. Luz arrive and all she did was talk down to her back then, why Luz was so determined to be her friend back then still remained a mystery. Did she...feel something as well back then? No no...they were just friends, Amity knew that.

Still...there was still a chance.

Before Amity knew what she was doing, she was interrupted by Luz waving her hand in front of her face, immediately snapping her out of her own thoughts.

"You okay Ams? You kinda blanked out."

"Yeah! I'm completely fine!" She drew a quick circle that spawned her scroll, using it to cover any blush that was on her face. "Was I staring!?" The thoughts she had roamed around her mind, she was looking at her for quite a while...

Her scroll dinged, after clicking the notification, she got a message from her brother, saying something along the lines of "Mittens, as much as we love knowing that you're spending time with your girlfriend", Amity groaned, "Mom wants you home, ASAP, something about not being too happy about chickening out on fighting Grom :( we'll do everything we can to get her less upset, hurry quick"

Amity sighed before poofing it back away, standing back up which made Luz turned her head in curiosity.

"Sorry Luz, I have to get home..." She said regretfully. She didn't want to go, she really didn't. She would stay here forever if she could. But if Amity didn't get home fast, who knows what her parents would do to her.

Luz stood back up, wafting her hand once. "Nah, don't worry about it girl. It's already late, Eda might be worried about me too. But then again, I would get a Bad Girl Coven point..." She placed her finger under her mouth, making the former giggle.
