"NEEE CHOTTOOO, KAGEYAMAAA"
Hinata's voice caused all of them to abruptly stop playing their instruments.
"YOU'RE MESSING THE RHYTHM UP!" he went on yelling, causing Yamaguchi and Yachi to cover their ears and Tsukishima to glare at him.
"IT'S YOU WHO'S MESSING EVERYTHING UP! BOKE, HINATA BOKEEE!" was Kageyama's growly reply. He was dangerously shaking his bass guitar with the both of his hands as if he were choking Hinata's neck.
Yamaguchi and Yachi were now nervously grasping their own instruments, respectively a mint green electric guitar and a mic stand, and their faces were showcasing incredibly scared expressions.
"HUUUUH?!? I BROKE THE EMPEROR'S GROOVE, SO WHAT?!?" Hinata went on, proving himself to be almost as salty as Tsukishima was on a daily basis.
Kageyama grabbed Hinata's head and, in turn, the little steamy redhead grabbed his bass guitar. It would have been an incredibly hilarious scene to watch, if it were happening for the first time. Unfortunately, however, it was not the case. Lately, the two of them had been involved in that kind of quarrells for an infinite number of times during music practice.
In fact, at that point, Yachi abruptly let go of her mic, which started wobbling before falling to the ground with a thump and the shrill noise of a microphone being hit. Then she cried: "I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE! I QUIT!".
Then she stormed off the room sobbing, leaving the four guys astonished and completely still.
"Congrats" Tsukishima dryly remarked "Now you'll have to look for a singer".
The morning after, you were walking to Karasuno High, headphones on, humming to the rhythm of the latest song you's been playing endlessly during the past week. You were so absorbed and seemingly unaware of anything and anybody around you, that you didn't even realize you had got into class. Therefore, you decided to sing the only line of the song you knew.
[YELLS A LINE FROM FAV SONG]
You had your eyes closed, so you only came down to Earth when you felt a hand shyly poking your shoulder. Then you saw it all. Your classmates, all turned to you and gaping. Your teacher, standing next to the blackboard, with a textbook fallen to his feet and his glasses glinting. You also realized you were standing in a really weird and dumb position. The song kept going on for a bunch of seconds as the small ecosystem of your class stood completely still for a while. Then you felt your cheeks burning, then took your headphones off and, without looking at any of your classmates, headed to your desk and sat down with your jacket still on.
You stared outside the window, only wishing to disappear right there, right then.
"PLEEEEEAAAASE PRETTY PLEASE!" Hinata was begging you while performing an insanely fast series of little jumps beside you. The lessons had finally come to an end for that excruciating day, during which not only you had been feeling embarrassed all the time, but Hinata had also taken the initiative of following you wherever you went except, of course, the toilet. You had even thought of staying there all day, but then you decided you'd be brave and go through it with honor like a real samurai.
"NO WAY! I felt so ridiculously silly, how do you think I'm ever gonna act normal in front of all of you? So don't even think I'll be doing it in front of the whole school!" you replied in a shrill tone, hiding your face behind your hands as you felt the glanges and the whispers of schoolmates coming out of the school door behind or beside you.
"I hate being the center of attention, I only sing at home! I don't know what's gotten into me this morning" you exhaled "I guess that song is really much too engaging...".
But if you thought you could get rid of Hinata Shouyou so easily, you were clearly wrong.

Hellooo
I decided to practice as much as possible to try and get used to writing stories here again, then I came up with the idea of a "surprise character x reader", so here we are!
The idea of the music band came to me because some time ago during the online Japanese Film Festival I watched an awesome movie called "Our 30 minute sessions". Does any of you know it? I'm also a big fan of the songs, so I imagined Reader-chan singing a line from "Mahiru no Seiza" in front of her classmates!
Initially, I thought of writing a one shot, but then the words came flowing on the keyboard, so I guess I'll end this up in part II hehe
