The day at the mall part 1

The next morning came like usual for Mark. He woke up at around 6 30 like usual and got up, taking a short shower before going to make breakfast. He didn't usually wear a shirt after he showered until after he ate, not wanting the shirt to get wet by his hair. He wasn't sure when Ethan would be up but he wanted to have breakfast ready for the two of them "Hey siri, what's the weather going to be like today?" He asked in a soft voice as his phone replied telling him it would be in the sixties "Seems like a good day" he said with a smile. He made some eggs and homemade french toast before plating it. He went to Ethan's door and knocked on the door "Hey sleepyhead get up, I made breakfast then we're gonna head to the mall for a while"

Ethan sighed as he woke up "Yeah okay just give me a few minutes to get ready" he heard an "Okay" from Mark before hearing his footsteps leave. He looked around "So it wasn't a dream then.." He got ready in some jeans and a white polo shirt before fixing his hair a bit. The smell of the french toast lured him into the kitchen. His face went a pink with blush seeing mark shirtless. He kept his head down and mumbled a thanks to mark as he took his plate to the table. He heard mark chuckle, thinking to himself -He must think I'm so weird getting flustered by seeing him shirtless..

Fuck he's so cute when he gets flustered.. Mark thought to himself as he finished making his own plate. He noticed Ethan staring at him "You okay there blue? You seem a bit red" he chuckled.  Ethan hid his face "Shush I'm just uhh hot.. Yeah it's hot in here!" He lied. Mark rolled his eyes at the poor excuse for a lie "Alright if you say so Ethan"
The two of them now ate happily, Ethan complimenting his cooking skills and mark giving him a thanks. He had Ethan do the dishes as he went to get ready now. He wore some black jeans and a long sleeve plain burgundy shirt with a small pixel heart on it. He ran his fingers through his hair before calling it good, the wind would mess it up anyway so it didn't matter at the time.

Ethan sat on the couch thinking to himself. "Why are we going to the mall? Does he have something he needs? Maybe he just wants to get some stuff, yeah probably that" he said to himself before seeing mark come out. "Hey Blue you ready?"  Ethan blushed slightly at the nickname "Don't call me that but yeah let's go" he stood up and followed Mark out to his car. The two of them got in and drove to the mall listening to music on the way there "So Mark why are we going to the mall anyway?" Ethan asked. Mark just chuckled "Well I figured I could get a few things for you plus there's an arcade there too" mark added on as they got to the mall. "You don't have to buy me things, you've already done so much" Ethan felt a little bad, mark had done so much and now was gonna waste his money on him? "No I insist" Mark said, that snapped him out of his thoughts.  Ethan smiled shyly "Well okay if you're sure" the two of them walked in together. "Alright where to first Ethan?" Mark asked with a smile as Ethan happily took him to a candy store "Mark it all looks so good! Can we get some?" He asked like a child taken to a toy shop for the first time. Mark found it cute how he was acting. "Of course, get whatever you want then come back, I'll be over here by the gummies"
Ethan nodded excitedly and went to get what he wanted to get. Mark watched him with a sigh "He's so cute.." He mumbled. Mark heard a chuckle "Seems someone is in love" the voice sounded familiar, it was his old friend Tyler. Mark blushed a little "No of course not, he's just my new roommate is all, I just think it's cute when he gets all excited like this"
Tyler just laughed "So Mark has a little crush then hm?" Mark lightly pushed him "I will hit you shush" Tyler rolled his eyes "You won't but okay, I'll leave you two alone. See you later Mark! Text me and tell me how your date goes!" He said before walking away "It's not a d-...and he's gone.." He sighed and shook his head.

Ethan walked over "What date? And who was that?" He asked with a bag full of candy in his hands. Mark sighed "There's no date, my friend Tyler was just joking around. And yeah that was Tyler. He's been my friend for years now."   "Oh okay, anyway can we check out now? I think I got too much" he giggled.
Mark saw the bag wasn't even half full "You sure you don't want anymore?"  Ethan nodded "Yeah I don't wanna spend too much of your money"  "Ethan money isn't a problem right now go get what you want okay? Don't even look at the price" he told him. Ethan seemed hesitant but nodded, hugging him "Thank you Mark!" He said before going to get more candy for the two of them to share later.

Hey guys blue here! I've decided that I will try to make a new chapter every week but since school and stuff I might not. But soon school will be out and I can update more frequently! Please tell me how I can make the story better or even suggestions on what I should do next for the story! I would be happy to implement some ideas :)
