Hermione woke up the next morning feeling like shit and like her whole body was shutting down.

It took her a few minutes to remember everything that had happened the night before. She didn't regret anything about the night before, and once she felt better she would probably want to do it again.

She shivered and felt the urge to throw up. She picked up the bucket that was placed beside her bed and hurled into it.

Ginny walked out of the bathroom with a washcloth and a smile on her face.

"Good morning." she said

Hermione threw up in the bucket again and looked at her friend.

Maybe she shouldn't have drank as much as she had last night. It was fun while it lasted at least.

Ginny placed the wet cloth on Hermione's forehead and held her bushy hair back while she continued to throw up.

Her body began to sweat and a headache was pounding against her temple.

She felt like complete shit.

"You got really drunk last night. I'm surprised your body could handle that much alcohol." said Ginny

Hermione nodded and threw up again.

All of the puke was mostly liquid because she hadn't had much to eat the day before. It burned her throat every time she threw up into the bucket she had used every night for the past two and a half months.

Hermione leaned back against her headboard once she believed that she was done throwing up.

She took Ginny's hand off the cloth and held it in place herself.

"Do you feel any better?" asked Ginny

Hermione nodded and closed her eyes. The bright light that was shining through their windows was not making her headache any better.

"It's so god damn bright in here." moaned Hermione

Ginny smirked and flicked her wand. The curtains closed and the room turned pitch black. "Sorry about that."

Her head was still throbbing, and her body felt weak, but she wasn't going to be getting up anyways.

"What did you tell McGonagall?" asked Hermione

Ginny smirked and sat at the edge of the bed. "I told her that you weren't feeling very good, but you should be better by third period."

Hermione rolled her eyes and groaned internally. She wanted the whole day off, but now she was expected back by third period.

"I will bring you a hangover potion after second period." said Ginny

Hermione nodded and got back under her comforter.

Ginny smiled at her and grabbed her bag before waving goodbye and heading off to the Great Hall for breakfast.

It was then that Hermione realized she hadn't had a nightmare that night. The alcohol had numbed her brain enough that she didn't even have a nightmare.

She wondered if it would be worth it to get drunk every night just so she wouldn't have nightmares. She could always have hangover potions with her.

Draco woke up sweating the next morning after having another nightmare. Since he was running out of alcohol, he didn't have enough to numb his mind.
