Hahaha..... Yeah so here I am a year later thinking "I should probably update my story. It's been a few months." YEAH NO KIDDING. I'm so sorry you guys! To make up for it, I've attached a piece of... something that I drew. I was fixing up an old drawing of mine and it came out like that. I will admit, however, that it could've turned out better if I cleaned up the outline, like in the face the grey actually expands beyond the line. I should've done that, I was just too lazy.
Should I give you the chapter you guys have oh so patiently been waiting for?
Yeah I probably should otherwise I'll get yelled at.

Sophie continued watching Biana, observing quietly and making small corrections in the back of her mind. She did notice, however, that as Biana continued, the more emotion she showed.
The first emotion was grief. Grief for Sophie, for Mr. Forkle, for everything they've lost in the fight. Or so Sophie assumed, at least. The second was anger. She could guess what it was directed at, but there really wasn't an incorrect or correct answer. The third was resolve. You could almost feel through the air as Biana came to terms with herself and the situation. Determination came with resolve.
Sophie was happy for her. Biana was finally letting go and using her emotions as a fuel toward a greater goal, something to be proud of. Something to save others lives, as Biana had been unable to do for Sophie.
Watching Biana come to grips with herself, something settled in Sophie's own heart. She realized that it was okay to be dead, that it was okay not to be right there by her friends side, fighting something she was unsure of.
But she also realized that they were fighting a losing battle, or at least they were right now. No matter how they tried, the Neverseen were always five steps ahead of them all. No, that wasn't right.
They were playing a whole different game.
And Sophie was tired of it. She was tired of constantly losing back to back to back, and barely surviving it all. Heck, she didn't survive it. Sophie now knew that in order to win, you have to lose.
And she thought it was high time the Neverseen lost.
Sophie rose from her place on the sand. Having been lost in her thoughts, she hadn't noticed the sun setting, or that Biana had left. The training grounds faded from view, and her quarters emerged. Sophie walked over to her desk, a new found determination prompting her to act. She flipped open her notebook, and started planning.

"Come on, Fitz! Hear me out!" Biana pleaded with Fitz, but he had brushed her off. Afterall, they had already lost, hadn't they? Sophie was their key, without her, what could they do?
Fitz tiredly looked at Biana, "Fine," he grumbled, though his eyes betrayed that he wasn't listening. Biana rolled her eyes at him, but continued anyway.
"Fitz, I was out training and I realized something. Sophie may be dead-" Biana was cut off by a sharp glare from Fitz.
"Don't say her name," He said firmly, before adding in a whisper, "Please."
Biana sighed, and continued. "She may be dead, but that doesn't mean the Neverseen are stopping. I understand you had feelings for her, but we can't stop Fitz!" Biana's voice trembled as she continued, "We can't sit aside and let others die when we could do something to prevent it, for Sophie. To prevent more deaths like we couldn't prevent hers."
Biana gazed at Fitz, who wouldn't meet her eyes. She swallowed her emotions for a second and reached over and embraced her brother. It took him a second before he hugged her back, though he was tense. Biana left his room, before heading up to their Leapmaster and calling for Tam and Linh's place.
Upon arrival, Biana took a moment to gaze at the building. Though it wasn't the fanciest building, it certainly hit it's visitors in a different way.
It was mostly made of crystal, as most elven houses were, but the crystal was decorated in a pattern of swirls, and filling the space was perfectly cut stone. Depending on the type of day, if the sun hit the crystal just right it gave you the effect that you were in the ocean, deep in the wonderland that was in front of you. It had a forest surrounding the back of the home, and a small pond near the front. It was meant to dazzle.
Clearly, Linh had picked the house.
After taking in the beauty of the place the twins had chosen, Biana shook herself and strode to the door.
Taking a deep breath, she raised her fist, and knocked on the door.

Not too terribly short, I hope! I really tried to stretch it out but I couldn't! I suppose when it comes to writing I like to skip the details and get straight to the point. That's unfortunate for you guys, it really is. I'M SOO SOO SOOOOOO SORRY for the long wait, but also can't promise that the time between this chapter and the next will be short. In all reality guys, I don't know when I'm going to be posting.
Go ahead, you can yell at me.
I deserve it.
Anyways, hopefully I haven't tortured you guys and you can consider this a treat.
Thanks for being amazing readers and remember to leave some feedback as to what you would like to see!
