Chapter 10 ((Sorry its short and sorry for the wait))

PERCY'S POV

Percy and Nico walked in a comfortable silence back to the hotel. Both of them had an aura of quiet calmness and such. They weren't mad at each other at all, but it was quite the contrary. The talk had calmed them both down so much words weren't necessary at the moment to express how they felt. The fact that Nico was shaking and a tear was rolling down his cheek was enough to tell Percy that his boyfriend still felt guilty, whether or not he could remember what he had done.

Percy wrapped an arm around Nico's waist and pulled him close to him. As they walked the busy streets, the couple received a few hostile glances as though the simple image of a man holding another man close to him as tears slipped down his cheeks was a sin. Percy noticed that a few of the people who glared quickly looked away when Nico met their gazes. Percy felt a flash of love that his boyfriend was so protective. It was quite a sexy color on him too. Besides blue anyways.

Cold, winter wind whipped through Percy's hair, causing it to ruffle in many directions. The son of Poseidon simply shivered and stuffed his remaining hand in the pocket of his blue pullover. Nico pulled away from Percy's embrace and a flash of hurt sparked through Percy. It was instantly replaced with love when Nico gently intertwined his freezing cold fingers with Percy's own.

The couple held hands tightly, not even stopping as they reached the hotel. They entered the elevator holding hands and, before Percy could move, Nico had reached up to press the button to their luxurious room. The chamber opened with a loud ping as it came to a halt. Nico and Percy stepped out, both still with hands locked. When they reached the room, Percy immediately unlocked it and glanced at the clock that was in their kitchen.

He gasped. "How is it already 2?" Percy said in shock. Nico laughed and Percy couldn't help but smile. Nico's laugh was rich and genuine. It was good to hear that laugh, especially after what had just happened.

"I don't know, but do you want to watch Sherlock? I know we've both finished the entire series and the next one isn't coming out until 2016, but we can re-watch some old ones," Nico suggested, his brown eyes glowing with hope. Percy smiled down at his boyfriend and planted a kiss on his head.

"Of course. I'll make popcorn and you set up Netflix," Percy said and walked to the kitchen. He opened the oak wood cabinet and saw that there was movie theater popcorn. Wow, this place seriously had a ton of food.

Percy opened the microwave and placed the popcorn inside the small appliance and set the timer for 2 minutes. Percy waited until it was done before pulling it out. He yelped with pain as he accidentally touched the hot part. Percy cursed and continued to open the popcorn, putting it quickly in a bowl. Then, after running his hand under cold water, he brought the popcorn to the couch.

What was waiting for him was a sight that couldn't compare to anything. Nico had piled blankets and pillows on the couch, and he was already curled under a soft, black blanket. Percy sat down next to him.

"Wow Neeks. I'm impressed," Percy said, his mouth dropping open in awe. Comfort coursed through him as he curled close to Nico. Nico grinned at him.

"Great isn't it? It'll be good for cuddl- watching Sherlock," Nico stammered. Percy barked a laugh and pressed himself closer to bae. Nico pressed play on episode one season one.

About the part when Sherlock and John met at 221 B. Baker Street, Nico put his head on Percy's chest. Percy ran his fingers through Nico's hair and sighed contentedly. This was the way it should always be.
