Ch. 7. Dream or Reality?

*sabres pov*

Mmmm... Warm pillow... So cozy...
It's dark... Warm... And welcoming...

My vision fades out of the darkness.

"hm...?" I humm as my face is met with a green shirt instead of my pillow. "what???" I whisper and feel around the shirt and then abruptly stop as I remember that Green was in my tent.

"... He's still fast asleep..." I whisper and turn my back to him, trying to get up. While trying to get up, a pair of arms hug me and pull me back down and against the chest of my friend. I try loosening his arms from around me but to no avail.

Is he awake??? I turn back around to face him and stare at him intensely.

Hhhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I don't think he's awake.
Or I just can't tell.
Shallow breathing, eyes shut and relaxed, muscles relaxed... Even his arms. Man. This dude got some grip, I'll tell you that. :/

Okay...maybe I should try and sleep a little longer...
I sigh and hug Green back trying to fall asleep.

What time is it anyway...?
I realize I'm still in my normal clothes, these really need a wash... I look into my inventory and grab out the clock...it pops into my hand... It's... 3 am. That's too early. Eugh.

I let the clock disappear back into my inventory. Then I realize, I'm still wearing my blindfold. I reach back to the knot keeping it around my head and untie it. The material falls off my face and into my hand. I put the blindfold into my inventory and bring my attention back to the Steve peacefully sleeping next to me.

Still sleeping... Good... I guess...ugh...i can't sleep.

Im already awake.

"I could try and escape greens grasp again." I whisper to myself and start trying to losen his grip.

Welp, that doesn't work, he's now holding on even tighter.

That's when I hear footsteps outside.
What?? why are there footsteps. ':<

Okay... Just stay calm and don't move a muscle.

The footsteps move closer to the tent and then someone opens the tent.

"... Hey... Sabre, you awake...?" I recognize the figure now, it's yellow assistant. I keep my face down and decide putting my hair in front of my eyes is the best option. I don't wanna put on my blindfold right now.

I try and sit up but to no avail, Green is not letting go.

"... Hey yellow...! Yeah I'm awake...whats up?" I whisper just loud enough for him to hear.

"oh... I had a bad dream and wanted to check on you two... When I didn't find green in his tent I got a little scared..." yellow answers and crawls into the tent with us.

"oh yeah here..." I whisper and do my best to turn away from green, which in the end just turns into him spooning me from being. But at least now I can face yellow. "Here, lay down. Tell me about your dream." I sigh and pat the spot next to me-or like, in front of me kinda, since I'm laying on my side.

"well... Okay..." he says and lies down next to me.

"so... My bad dream... Was about you two... Well... We were on a camping trip... Like... Right now. Everything was quiet until I heard screaming outside... I rushed outside as quickly as I could, only to find green bleeding out against a tree with a big spike qiercing though his c-chest, pinning him to the t-tree." yellow started to stutter at that last part.

I hug him.

" I ran over to green out of panic but when I knelt down to him I heard n-nightmare Steve laugh... You were kneeling on the floor facing me and nightmare was behind you, holding you up straight by your hair, you looked like you would collapse on your own... And... A-and-" yellow started to freak out.
