Ugh...

The professor left a while ago...

I've been listening to the red leaders arguing for a good hour now.

I'm surprised he hasn't thrown me out yet.

I would have expected him to do that since he saw me in Ms house.

But he didn't.

Why.

"...leader....?" I ask the steve, making him go silent completely.

"... Couldn't you have just... Thrown me out?" I say tiredly.

"what?? No. There's clearly something incredibly wrong with you right now. If I threw you out-... who knows what might happen. You might die out there, in the shape you're in." the leader grumbles agitated.

"*sigh*... I'm fine... This is normal. All I need is some rest-... And clothes. " I say that last part remembering that I'm only in bandages...

Like a Mummy.

" No. You're going to stay here, until you're fixed. " the leader orders.

I sigh and lay back down on the hard surface of the table.

Couldn't have made some kind of bed could they? ¦/

...

I should try that sleeping thing me and void came up with.

But this is too uncomfortable.

" okay... Let's make an arrangement then." I start.

The leader looks at me with a 'what now.' kinda look.

Just then, D walks in.

"SABRE?! YOU OKAY?!!?" My demonic friend panics.

"... I'm good fam...."

"are you sure about that???" the figure with-

Wait hold up.

"wait. Your... Your horns and thingies are gone?" I say surprised at my friend.

D sits on a chair near the bed and smiles.

"yep, the red professor was able to condemn the demon part a bit... So... I do look a lot less demonic now. :>" D cheers.

"noice. Anyways-  Red leader... I'll stay here willingly... If... I get an actual bed to rest in. This table is too hard to sleep on." I tell the offer to the leader.

"that's all?" the leader of this village asks surprised.

"yep... And I'll need the professor to NOT do experiments on me... And let me sleep." I hang that onto the deal.

"fine by me. It won't bother me, nor any inhabitants of this village, so yes. I'll make sure you have a nicer bed to rest in." the leader agrees and walks out the room, Presumably to talk to the professor.

"are you sure you'll only need rest?" D asks me concerned.

I nod and give him a smile.

"i saw the report of your injuries... And... It's pretty bad..." dee continues.

"dee dee... Listen... I've lived with these scars for almost my entire life... I lived with them before I came into this world... And I'll continue living with them after it. You don't need to worry :]" I try my best to give D my best reassuring smile.
