Blackmail at its Best

Chapter 3:

Once I hear the word Go, I immediately press down the accelerator and race through the first turn.
The track is shaped like a rectangle with circular edges, making it hard to turn when the time comes.
Each racer has to do three laps around the track in order to win.

Right now I'm in second place, behind a boy I have never seen before. This must be one of Liam's little friends. I have to admit that he is good, but not as good as me. I go left and he goes left, I go right and he goes right. I groan in annoyance, itching to just pass him up and win.

I cross the beginning of the track making me go on my 3rd lap. I narrow my eyes at the car in front of me and decide its time to bring out the big guns.

I fake left and immediately the car in front of me goes left as well making a free pass at the right for me to go through.
I take it and I am immediately in first place. I make my last turn and cross the finish line, making me the winner.
The crowd explodes in cheers and I park my car and get out of it.

"And once again, Stone has won first place. But, I gotta say that new racer gave Stone a hard time." The MC says.

I scowl but agree all the same. The newbie did give me a little bit of a hard time.

I go up to the MC, otherwise known as Nick, and take the $700 for winning the race.
"Congrats Stone. You won, like always." He says.

"Thanks. How much money did you make out of me this time?" I ask with an amused look on my face.

He puts a hand in his chest am mockingly says," How could you ever say that! I would never do such thing!"

"Hey Nick, here's the $650 you won tonight," a man says from behind me.

I raise my eyebrows,"could never do such thing? You wound me Nick," I say with a fake look of pain on my face.

He rolls his eyes, and looks at something behind me. I turn around and find Chris Evans, Alex's little bitch.

My eyes widen and I hastily turn back around.

"Hey, are you, um, Stone?" He asks stuttering a little bit. I bite back a laugh. Who knew Chris Evans will stutter while talking to little old me?

I smirk and turn around. His eyes widen. And he has that deer caught in headlights expression.

"Y-you're that girl from Mrs. Toups class! You're the nerd girl who I made fun of!" He exclaims. My smirk widens.

"Wow, you're not as dumb as I thought you were!"
He scowls, but soon it turns into a smirk.

"So your Stone. Wow, I gotta tell you, I would have never guessed that you out of all people would be an underground racer."

I raise my eyebrows mockingly,"I know right! What a surprise! But enough playing around." My playful mood disappears and the blank stare I've perfected over the years takes its place.

"You're not going to tell anybody about me being an underground racer. If you do, I'm going to tell everybody about your secret." I say.
I honestly really don't know if he actually has a secret. I hope he falls for my taunt and believes I would actually tell anybody.
Its kind of like reverse phycology if you think about it.

His eyes widen," how do you know about me and Tiana? The girl took a video of us shagging in the back of Alex's car when he lend it to me! Do you know what he's going to do to me if he finds out? I had to sneak inside her house and erase the video from her computer!" He half screams at me, making a lot of people turn and look at us.

I smirk. I actually didn't think this would work. His story is amusing, but not as amusing as I imagined it would be.
I thought it would be something more exciting. Like him being so desperate for sex he fucked a dog.
Wow! I have a disturbing mind. Where did that come from?

"Bye Nick! I'll see you in the next race!" I holler at him while walking towards Chris.

"Bye!" Nick answers.

I take Chris's arm and lead him outside to a secluded area.

"If you wanted us to have a quickie you should've just told me. I have this special place in the back of my tru-"
I smack him upside the head before he could finish his disgusting sentence.

"Like I'll ever waste my time with you. And plus, I have so much more class then that." I tell him with an eye roll.

He chuckles and stops when he sees we have stopped in a dark alley.

"Okay, so if you don't tell anybody about this, I'm not gonna tell anybody about you fucking a dog." I tell him matter-of-factly.

He furrows his eyebrows. "I didn't fuck a dog. I had sex with a girl in Alex's car."

My eyes widen,"oh, I knew that. I just couldn't help but picture you fucking a dog. You know, you being Alex's bitch and all." I say with a laugh threatening to rip out of my mouth.

"I'm not Alex's bitch! I'm simply his best friend." He says with a doubtful look on his face that he soon replaces with a determined one when he sees me looking.

"Mhmm," I mutter with an unconvinced look on my face.

"What were you doing racing here anyways?"

"Some guy named Luke or something like that payed me $200 to try and beat you." He replies.

"Liam." I say before I can stop myself. He raises his eyebrows but doesn't comment on how I know Liam.

"But anyways, do we have a deal or not?" I say raising my hand for him to shake.
He thinks about it for a while and slowly brings his hand up to shake mine.

"Deal"
