'We need to shut down the acid fog now.' Bellamy affirmed as he looked around for a switch.

'Blake, we have to move. They'll start searching and we can't stay here.'

'Y/N's right. Raven came in through the radio. 'Besides, the acid fog switch isn't in there. It's in a whole different room.'

At this point, we committed chaos for the mountain men. Cage, the president and his guards were looking for our friends and possibly us. We didn't know exactly where we were going to hide but we knew that we had to search for an empty space where we can stay.

Looking around the halls, we walked through what seemed like the houses for their people. 'What do we do if someone answers the door? We can't hurt innocent people.'

'Hopefully they'll think we're their guards.' Bellamy spoke doubtfully, knowing that this will be a huge risk of getting caught.

Slowly, I breathed in and out then I knocked on the door. We waited for several seconds but there were no noise coming from the other side. 'Blake, cover me.'

As I opened the door, the room showed vacancy. There were signs that people lived here but no one was home. 'Where do you think they are?'

'I don't know but I hope they don't come back while we're here.' Bellamy stayed cautious as he searched the area.

As we waited for the guards to calm down, Bellamy and I were silent. Maybe it's the way we left things in the vents. He was being really hesitant towards me; Bellamy was even sitting across the room from me.

'Are you okay?' I broke the silence as I talked to him from the couch far away.

He turned to me, surprised that I was talking to him. 'Yeah I am. Are you?'

Nodding in response, I smiled lightly. 'I'm fine.'

'I'm sorry for asking about Murphy.'

'It's alright.'

'No, It's not. I shouldn't have asked it's not my business.'

'Blake, I don't mind you asking about him. But it's just hard' I looked down as I played with my fingers. 'He's my ex but he was also my best friend. Feels weird that he's gone again. This time it feels like he's not coming back.'

Bellamy sat on the couch next to me. 'It must be hard for you to lose someone you care about. I'm sorry, I know you guys are over but I was selfish for thinking differently.'

He wrapped his arms around me as he hugged me tightly. John was gone but Bellamy was here with me. I knew that everything will be just fine. I grabbed his cheek and kissed him then Bellamy responded, smiling in between our kisses. Our kiss deepened as his hand slowly slid down my hip.

Suddenly, the door swung open and startled me as I quickly distance myself from Bellamy. As I looked up, I realized that it was Maya, Jasper and Monty.

Jasper smirked, 'Wrong time?'

'Funny, Jasper.' I joked as I walked up and hugged each of them.

'How did you find us?' Bellamy questioned as he hugged them also.

Monty showed his device, 'I have access to the cameras around the building. You guys never came out of this room so we were worried.'

'Sorry, we had to make sure that they didn't find out about us. How are the others? Is everyone else safe?'

'I rounded up our people that's on our side and got them to hide everyone in their rooms.' Maya addressed.

Jasper butted in, 'So what are we doing next? I'm coming with you.'

'You can't come with us.' Bellamy quickly responded. 'Our covers aren't blown and we need to keep it that way.'

'Understood. I'll make sure no one else gets taken.'

Bellamy nodded, 'Keep everyone alive and safe.'

'Of course.' Monty smiled.

We exchanged goodbyes and were on our way to find the acid room. As we reached a hallway with a locked door, Bellamy pulled out the key card but it didn't work.

'What the hell...' Bellamy cursed as he kept trying; it still wouldn't budge.

'You guys were supposed to check in. What happened?' Raven came through in the radio.

'Sorry, the key cards aren't working.' I said as I watched Bellamy attempting to open the door.

Raven sighed, 'Figure it out.'

'Duh.' I sassed my sister. 'Try the other door, maybe it will work.'

'You stay here.' Bellamy rushed to the other door.

As I leaned on the door and watched Bellamy from afar, two guards snuck from behind him. 'Freeze!' One of them screams. Bellamy eyes me as I crouched down; they must not know I was here with him.

Bellamy slowly put his hands up, distracting the guards while I sneak up from behind. As I got closer I tapped one of them in the shoulder. He turned around and I immediately punched him in the throat, causing him to choke. Kicking him to the ground, I punched him one more time.

As Bellamy finished fighting off the other guard, I dug through the unconscious guard's pocket to find his key card. 'You guys good?' Raven asked through the radio.

'We're good. Found anything on the acid room?' Bellamy swiped the new key card into the door.

'It's a huge maybe, but it's worth a shot.' Raven hesitated but continued on with the instruction on how to get to the acid room. To escape detection from the other guards, we traveled through the air vent again. Crawling for about twenty minutes, we finally got to a huge and musty room.
