"Jeez, thought your base would've at least looked decent. This seems really low maintenance compared to the things I've seen from the Mister Bang Chan himself." Minho asserted playfully, earning a scoff in return from a rather surprised yet annoyed Chan.

"Ah, seems like you haven't changed one bit. How'd you even get manage to get him to willingly come with you to the base though, Ji?" Chan shifted a curious eye to Jisung who obviously did not want to talk about how he got him here in the first place.

"It's not like he wouldn't have just followed me everywhere I went for the rest of the day anyway." Jisung snarled. Chan and Jisung just stood and observed as Minho was practically having the time of his life. He was climbing all over their concrete base walls with his chains and scaring the living daylights out of the rest of the members who were just as surprised to see him here.

"What exactly do you need that ball of infectious unstable energy for?" Jisung leaned over and asked Chan, earning no answer but instead a hum.

"Well, I have another special mission for you to take on involving-" Chan was instantly shut down by Jisung who didn't even want to hear Chan finish that.

"Woah, woah, woah, I am NOT going to be going on another mission and ESPECIALLY not going with HIM of all people!" Jisung snapped. The thought of going anywhere with that poor excuse of a demon or even a soul at all just sickened him to the core.

"Ji, for once, can you please just work alongside him? Just for now? You and I both know that they won't be able to stand a chance against him." Chan cajoled as Jisung just turned away from him whilst shaking his head as he declined yet again.

"Listen, if you want to so desperately involve that with any of our missions then why don't you just go persuade him to do it by himself?" Jisung suggested. Chan just let out a sigh. Persuading Jisung to do just about anything was the most time-consuming objective throughout the day today and he just wished the younger would just go along with it.

But as always, he was always required to sprinkle in some common sense on him.

"That's why I specifically assigned you to the mission of picking up Minho. He listens to literally anything you say! Like you said, he follows you around any where doesn't he? It would only make sense to send you out with him out on this mission simply because you're the only one he really listens to." Chan explained, crossing his arms afterwards while standing like an impatient mom as he knew Jisung couldn't say anything back to that.

And just like some mothers, he was indeed precise on his not-so-much-of-a-prediction as Jisung remained silent.

"As expected, shall I explain to you the plan now?" Chan knew Jisung was still hesitant and clearly didn't want to attend to this mission. But somehow, he didn't know him enough as he was still shocked with each time where Jisung would actually agree to do a mission for him without any troubles.

"Do I really have a choice?" Jisung chuckled, earning an amused look from Chan who looked over to where Minho was. The demon was currently attaching his chain which was connected to his wrist up on the ceiling.

"Don't worry, I genuinely don't enjoy his stay here just as much as you don't like him." Chan reassured, to which Jisung just responded by letting out another chuckle.
