"Well... This is the first time I'm telling anybody about this actually. Not even the rest of the gang knows about this..." Jisung tilted his head at that. Perhaps it was out of pure curiosity or concern but what he did know was that he was surely intrigued now.

"You don't have to if you don't-" Jeongin put a finger out, silencing Jisung as the older simply nodded and slowly got up a bit, leaning back on the cold wall. "If I had to tell anybody then it would surely be you. Because... well... I trust you the most out of anybody." Jisung looked over at him and gave him a small smile.

They stared at each other for a moment before Jeongin cleared his throat and started.

"Innie, I think this toy is broken..." Jisung assessed, handing the toy back to Jeongin who pouted. The little human-shaped robot toy was his favorite toy and so it was a real bummer that it had supposedly broke. But regardless, it wasn't like he wasn't going to keep it anyway and so even with Jisung's thorough evaluation of his now broken toy, he stuffed it into his sweater pocket.

"Eh... thanks..." Jisung nodded. He then briefly averted his curious eyes towards the school clock before smiling and setting his gaze back to Jeongin who tilted his head in confusion. But that confusion faded almost instantly after Jisung gave him a knowing look that was truly unforgettable.

"It's lunch time!" This time, Jeongin beat Jisung to saying it and the orange-haired boy squinted his eyes playfully at him before cracking up into a fit of laughter. Jeongin did as well but recovered from the fit much more faster than Jisung ever could in those tiny childhood years of his.

Eventually, the entire class - including Jisung and Jeongin - divided into 2 separate lines next to each other at the front door of the classroom before briefly exiting, rushing to the cafeteria. Of course, barely anyone is actually interested in eating frozen and raw hamburgers nor pizza and so a majority usually brought their own lunch.

While Jisung was one who would bring his own lunch, Jeongin unfortunately did not have the privilege of bringing in his own lunch and was required to obtain the potentially harmful school lunch. But obviously, he solved this problem relatively quickly by just skipping lunch and not getting in the line to get school lunch whenever his class would be called.

"I wonder what's for today," Jisung said out loud, shoving his hand deep inside the paper bag and pulling out a thick cylinder container. Upon opening it, he found it to be filled - not to the brim - of rice and clapped his hands excitedly. Sure it's pretty bland but seeing as the fact that Jisung had practically eaten rice for all his life now, he grew up to surprisingly love it.

Besides, he wouldn't really have a choice to not like it since his parents would keep giving him rice each day. He honestly didn't even know why he expected anything different or had to announce that he was about to see what his lunch was, since he knew exactly what he was getting every time. But perhaps that just added to the fun and the element of surprise as maybe one day, he'll eventually get something else besides rice.

"Wow, did you not eat breakfast?" Jeongin joked, noticing how Jisung was practically swallowing up the container of rice at that point. Jisung looked at him and simply shook his head. "No, I did. The rice is just good." Jeongin nodded, allowing Jisung to go back to digging into the rice. Which he would've honestly done regardless of whether he allowed him to or not.
