God Vs Heroes (BNHA x Death Note)

"Hello, citizens of Japan. I..." the man on the television said.

"I am Kira." finished Light Yagami.

He sat at his chair, with a headpiece equipped over his head. His god of death hovered behind him,

"Yes. Keep going. Repeat after me."

"This is awfully bold of you, Light. To be honest, I never saw it coming."

"I have two goals in mind: to introduce myself to the public, and to mislead any heroes investigating me." He raised two fingers.
"Since this society is accustomed to unnatural forces, I have to stand out. Otherwise I'll be yesterday's news. I want the world to know of my existence. However, I've decided to just focus on Japan. Once I have fully taken over, I'll spread to the world."
"As for misleading them, I have to create a new identity, and play off the Death Note's abilities as some sort of quirk. Then, they will pursue someone who doesn't exist. And it'll make me look all the more innocent. After all, how could I, a quirkless student, possibly be Kira, if he and I were at two different locations at once?"

"I am the one causing the heart attack mysteries across the nation, and some outside as well. I have been blessed with a power unlike any other. Anyone who I wish to die, shall die."

"No way." The students stared at the screen.

"Please head back to your rooms. We'll handle this." Aizawa opened the door, motioning them out.

"But-" Midoriya started.

"He's right. We'll be fine." All Might sighed as he watched the new villain on the TV.

"But I suppose I'll have to prove my power to the skeptics. Very well."

A rustle is heard in the background.

"I have infiltrated the top hero school in the nation, sending a small message. A demonstration. Let's make a call." He dialed a number. The cellphone in All Might's hand began to shake. He picked up.

"Stay out of Kira's way. I do not wish to eliminate heroes, but anyone who stands against the God of the New World will die. Now watch my power at work." The man snapped his fingers.

"Urk!" Toshiaki clutched at his chest. He fell off his chair and began to shake on the ground.
"Toshiaki! Toshiaki, are you alright?!" He desperately clung unto All Might's foot, gasping for air. Foam oozed out of his mouth, and with a final breath he went limp. He was dead.

"To those outside, allow me to explain. I have sent a criminal who I've judged to die just now. I'm sure the media will cover it soon. Now that I have shown my power, I will explain my goals. There is no reason to fear. I am here only to eliminate evil. Heroes, please do not interfere. I see you as allies, and we both share a common goal, to protect the innocent. But I will not hesitate to eliminate those who stand in the way of the creation of a New World that everyone desires."

"Villains, it is time to be afraid. All evil will be eliminated. I want the people to support me and the creation of a New World, one where only the innocent will inhabit it."

"Thank you, Japan, for having me. Now, I will release this news station for having me. I thank them for airing my message. Goodbye."

Light turned off his computer and lay back on his chair. It was done. He reviewed the page in his Death Note.

Togabito Chukuyoki. On January 6, 11:35 AM, he will discover a discarded helmet in an alleyway. He tries it on, and is instructed by the owner of the helmet to do as he says. Out of fear, he will obey and take on the role he is given. The helmet will remain on him until his death. Then, at 5:45 PM, January 7, his helmet will malfunction and explode, killing him instantly. No evidence will remain of the helmet or its original owner.
