A few days pass by, and it's Ginny's birthday. You're home getting ready for school. After you finish getting ready, you decide to finish making Ginny's birthday gift. You decided to make her one of those best friends necklaces, it sounds cheesy, but Ginny is one of my best friends. You rush downstairs and see that your Mom is already at work. You get on your bike and then a few minutes later, you're at school.

You see that MANG is already in school, and you see Hunter smiling at Ginny, and she's smiling back. You see Marcus sitting on the floor looking bored as ever. You see that Hunter and his friends seem excited and Hunter says to Ginny, "I have a special surprise for you." Ginny smiles softly. You look at Ginny's reaction to Hunter's surprise and she seems happier than ever.

It was a quick surprise so it didn't last long, Hunter eventually stops dancing and Hunter walks up to Ginny and reaches for her hand, Ginny grabs it and Hunter twirls her around and kisses her. Marcus pretends to poke his eye out with a pencil, you roll your eyes and ignore him. Ginny kisses Hunter back. Ginny smiles and Hunter and Ginny hug each other.

A few hours later, you go home and shower to get ready for Ginny's birthday. You pick out a nice dress, and some high heels. You didn't want to ride your bike to the party, so you text Marcus if he can take you there. "I'll be there in 10." Marcus replies back. You grab you coat and your gift for Ginny. 10 minutes later, Marcus rings the door bell and you answer it, Marcus looks at you up and down and doesn't say anything. "What?" You ask. "You weirdo, don't just stand there. We have a party to get to." I said. "Huh? Oh right. Hop on." You get on Marcus' motorcycle and a few minutes later you arrive at the party.

The party was going to be held at Marcus/Maxine's place. You ring the doorbell. "Welcome to Ginny's Birthday Partyyy!"" "Oh my Gosh, Y/N, you look so hot." says Maxine. "Come in, Come in, the drinks and snacks are in the kitchen." "I'm going to get a drink." says Marcus. You try to look for Ginny and you spot her dancing with Hunter. "Can I steal Ginny for a second?" "Sure." "Y/N! Thanks for coming!" says Ginny. "Here's your gift, I know it isn't much but-" Before you can finish your sentence, Ginny hugs you tightly. "I love it. Thank you, I never got a best friend necklace before, it's gorgeous." "Now we have matching necklaces!" You smile softly.

"Okay you go back to Hunter." You wink at Ginny. Ginny laughs and hugs you one more time. "Max!" "Yeah Y/N?" "Is there any champagne?" "WHAT'D YOU SAY? YOU'RE IN PAIN?" "No, do you have any CHAMPAGNE." I said. "OHH, yeah, we do. I took some from my Mom, don't tell her. But I thought you don't drink?" asked Max. "I don't, but it's a party, and I want to have fun." "Okay the drinks are in the kitchen remember that!" she said.

You go in the kitchen and see a couple making out, and you spot Marcus sitting on the couch drinking beer. Marcus gets up from the couch and goes in the kitchen seeing you drink champagne. "Are you drinking?" "Yeah. Why?..." "Just like a week ago you gave like a speech saying that drinking bad for us, and now you're drinking? hypocritical much?" "Excuse me, this is a party. So I can drink this champagne if I want." "Then share some with me."
he says while winking at you. "Gross, no. Get your OWN glass." you said while walking to the couch.

You sit down with your champagne and Marcus sits next to you. "Shouldn't you spending time with Padma?" "She's not my girlfriend, plus, she couldn't make it." Marcus said. "Ugh, it's so loud in here." I said. "Then come to my room, it's less loud in there, plus we can hang out." "Okay, sure, I guess." "Want a beer before we go upstairs?" asked Marcus. "Sure." I said. He grabs a couple of beers for him and you, then you go upstairs to his room.

He sits on his bed drinking a couple of a beers, you finish your champagne, then you grab a beer. "Pass me the remote Marcus, I wanna watch a movie." I said. "Where am iiiiiiiii?? This isn't Ginny's bedroommmmm." "Can I tell you a secret? But don't tell anybody... especially Y/N....." "Marcus, you're drun-" But Marcus cut me off. "I think I love Ginnyyy...." "I go to her bedroom and we-" Before you can hear more details, you rush out of his room and you bump into Max.

"Why were you in my brothers room?" she asks. "It was getting loud downstairs, so Marcus said to come to his room and hang out. And now he's drunk." "Ugh, my brother is so stupid. You can hang out in my room." Says Max. "Thank you! Love you!" I said to Max. "Love you more!!" says Max while she's heading back downstairs. You lie down on her bed and start to think about the words Marcus said. Is he really in love with Ginny? Was he just flirting with me for fun?
