You continue thinking about what Marcus' said while looking at Max's ceiling. But you still can't seem to get it off your mind. Did Marcus not even like me? Am I overreacting? Am I jealous? I have so many questions, but I can't just ask Marcus. Just then you receive a text from him. "Where are you?" Marcus texted. You get up from Max's bed and leave her room, the party is still going on, and it's getting late. You go to Marcus' room and see that he's not drunk anymore. "Where'd you go?" He asks. "Max's room, you were drunk." I said. "Do you still wanna hang?" "No thanks." You said while trying not to cry. "I'll see you later." You leave his room and close his door.

Marcus runs after you, "Who's gonna take you home?" "Ugh, you're right, I don't know." "Cmon, I'll take you home." Marcus said. "Alright then. Let's go." You exit the house and hop on Marcus' bike. A couple minutes later, you finally arrive home. "Want me to stay here with you for a while?" asked Marcus. "No." I said. "Your Mom still isn't home from work, I don't want you to be alone." "I'm used to it." I said while putting my coat away. "Just... go home Marcus." Marcus glances at the floor and then quietly says "Okay, if that's what you really want..." Marcus then leaves your house. You lock the door then grab a pint of ice cream and watch a movie.

You finish the movie and you put the ice cream in the freezer for tomorrow, just in case you want some more, then you eventually fall asleep. It's morning, and you get up and get ready for school. You walk downstairs and see your Mom making breakfast. "Morning sweetheart!" "Morning Mom." You see that she made a huge breakfast, "Is there a special occasion?" "Well, I wanted it to be a surprise, but we have new neighbors! Isn't that exciting Y/N!" "They even have a son around your age, you guys could be friends! Or maybe even more..." Your Mom winks at you. "Mom, I haven't even met the guy." "Well, you going to soon, they're coming over for breakfast." "WHAT?!! Mom I have school soon!" "Actually, you woke up early, it's 6:50." You think to yourself, I guess since it was light outside I thought it was 8:00...

You hear the doorbell ring, "That must be them!" Your Mom says excitedly while running to the door in her heels. "Welcome Mr and Mrs Partridge! This is my daughter Y/N!" "It's lovely to meet you both, this is my son, Louis, and my daughters Millie and Issie." Mrs Partridge says. You realize they have a British accent, which is actually kind of cool. You look at Louis, who has fluffy brown hair and is very attractive. He sees you staring at him and he gives you a cute, soft smile. You blush and smile back.

"Do you guys want to eat now or do you want to chat for a little bit?" My Mom asks them. "We'd like to eat, thank you again for making breakfast for us. That is so kind of you." Mr Partridge says. You sit across from Louis, who's sitting next to his sisters. You eat your food while my Mom is talking with Mr and Mrs Partridge. "So, what school are your kids going to?" My Mom asked Mrs Partridge. "I enrolled them to the same school as Y/N, actually!" She says gleefully. "How exciting! I hope they become friends." My Mom says. Louis and you finish your breakfast early, so you decide to give him a tour of your house.

You finish the tour, and you and Louis go to the living room. "So what's your favorite thing to do here in the town?" Louis asks. His British accent is so attractive, his voice in general is attractive. "Uh, well, there's this diner I love to go to, they have amazing food." "I've never been to a diner before, actually." "Really? No way." I said. You and Louis continue talking for about an hour to get to know each other better. "What do you like to do in your free time?" I said."Well, back in England, I love to skate." "Skating? I actually have a friend who skates..." I said. "I have a feeling I'm gonna get along with your friends well." "Me too." I said while smiling softly.

The Partridge Family leaves and I go outside and see Louis with his car waiting for me. "You're taking me to school? Thank You Thank You!" I said then I hugged him. "Oh, um, sorry..." "It's fine Y/N, I don't mind you hugging me." Louis said while chuckling softly. Louis has the most cute smile ever.

Marcus' POV:
I get on my motorcycle to go to Y/N's house because last night she seemed mad at me, and I wanted to check up on her. I don't know why she seemed mad at me? Did I say something bad when I was drunk? I finally arrive at her house and see a tall boy with fluffy brown hair hugging her. For some reason, I felt a little bit jealous. She never hugged me like that, I never even seen this guy before. Why hasn't she mentioned him?

Back to your POV:
You see that Marcus comes up to you and Louis. "Who's this?" Marcus asked. "Hi, I'm Loui-" "I asked Y/N, not you." Marcus said angrily. "He's my new neighbor, his name is Louis. And he's giving me a ride to school." "But I always give you rides to school." Marcus said. "I feel safer in a car than in a motorcycle." "I hate to interrupt, but we're gonna be late for school." said Louis. "Oh shoot, you're right, see you at school Marcus." I said. Then I got into Louis car and a few minutes pass by and we arrive at school. "Thanks for the ride." "Anytime, I'll see you later?" "Definitely." I said with a warm smile.
