Sunshine would always play guitar with her dad until he passed. They were so close that she completly stopped playing. Sunshine went about mute and wont talk to anyone but her family and bestfriend. A few months before Sunshine graduates...
A Few Days Later...December 1st Sunshine "Come on Rae! Get in your dress already!" I'm a little self conscious about wearing this dress.
I don't really dress up a lot. And the shoes...
Faith wound up getting me silver lace up heels to match with the dress. I really don't like wearing heels. They feel weird. I do really like the hairpiece I found though...

I step out of the bathroom wearing the dress. Faith's mouth drops, "You look so good!!! We need to do your hair and makeup!" "No makeup please..." I beg tiredly.
"Just a little lip gloss and mascara. It's not that bad."
I let out a long breath, "Fine."
30 Minutes Later.... Sunshine Holy s*it I look good. "I'm so proud of myself right now." Faith holds her hands on her hips, looking at me, as I stand in front of the body mirror of our living room.
"I need to get something...I'll be back." I say, starting to feel anxious. I run back to my room, halfway tripping over my heels.
Sin Knock on the door Sin! It's not that hard. Sunshine is probably more nervous than you are...
I hold up my hand to knock on the door when Faith opens the door, "Oh! Hi Sin. What are you- ohh...that's right." Faith steps out of the way, "Come on in. Sunshines in her room if you want to go get her."
I nod, "Thanks. Alex is waiting for you by the elevator."
Faith furrows her eyebrows, "I thought he was going to meet me here. Oh well. Drive safe! I'll see you two at the dance." Before I can say bye, Faith runs out the door. I laugh. Those two love birds.
I walk through the hallway and turn into Sunshines room. I see her turned around, looking through a jewelry box. D*mn.
I look at the cute, beautiful little yellow dress Sunshine is wearing. I raise my eyebrows from surprise and chuckle when I see I she's wearing heels.
Sunshine jumps at my laugh and spins around, "Oh...hi." I step closer to Sunshine until we're only inches apart.
"You look beautiful." I compliment, purposely standing close to her. Sunshine squirms at my eyes trailing over her body, "You're much taller."
Sunshine let's out an annoyed breath, "I know, Faith convinced me to put on makeup and high heels. I don't like it one bit but I guess for tonight its fine." I can tell this girl is not used to heels and mascara.
I look down at the box Sunshine was searching through, "What are you looking for?"
Sunshine looks down at the box, a frown forming on her perfect lips, "My necklace my dad gave me...I can't find it." She sounds upset. Well hopefully this will fix it...
