Goodbye, and Farewell

"Cerb was helping us with the hellhounds, she... She got hurt really bad!"

I couldn't breath as I saw the sight. For once in my life, for once in both of my lives, I couldn't do anything. I wanted to run, to leave her with the others so I could let my rage out on the fucker that hurt her. But I couldn't.

I couldn't leave her in her last moments.

My best friend, the one that kept me in bed when I was sick, kept me calm, safe, happy, my best friend was dying. And there was nothing I could do about it.

"Hey, it's me girl, I'm here"

That sad whimper, the sound of her tails thumping on the ground growing slower, I couldn't handle it

"Come on girl, don't leave me... Please. I don't want to lose you, not when I wasn't there fighting with you..."

She gave another sad whimper, and I knew she didn't have long

"It's alright, little puppy, it's alright"

I continued to stroke her back in an attempt to comfort her, but in the end, her life faded from this world

"NOW IM GETTING MOTIVATED!"
"Come on, you call that the work of an expert?"
"You think I'm going all out on you guys? You haven't seen anything!

A few days later, Home Bases back garden was filled the members of the ORC, the Catholics, and hydra, who was resting on the BMFB as it blasted some good old party songs.

Y/n, Issei, and Kiba were dancing on Just Dance (Y/n was winning) Asia was playing with the new guests, Xenovia and Irina were resting on a sofa Y/n had brought out while watching a movie about a vampire with Seras, 2B was in charge of the music and Rias was watching with Akeno.

"And that's how you dance, motherfuckers!"
"How the hell did you go from zero to five in half a song?!"
"Bitch did you even see my dancing the other day? I was fucking amazing"
"Yeah, I guess you were"

As he went to the sofa to cool down, he was attacked by the three new guests

"Can we play with you next master?!" They said in unison as the jumped on him

"Look, girls, I just played five rounds in a row, I'm gonna need like five minutes to recharge"
"Hey Y/n, you ever heard of Ra Ra Rasputin?"
"Never mind we're back in business! Come on puppies, let's show these fuckers how it's done!"

As the demon and his three hellhound girls danced like there was no tomorrow, the two devils went to relax after their losing streak.

It was a good night, and definitely something the ORC and co. needed after everything they had been through

"That's a point, how did you make the balloon for the boat, kid?" Griffon said as he flew over to the dancing Brit

"Oh, just the skin of the dead fallen, Y'know, gotta recycle to save the earth right?"

Needless to say, Y/n wasn't allowed to rejoin the party until he got rid of the flesh balloon.

The next day, after he had gotten rid of the balloon, cleaned his ship, and put it back in the water with his other ships, Y/n accompanied Xenovia and Irina to the airport, where he was going to say goodbye to the two. Of course, he wasn't allowed to drive, thanks to his hangover, but he still wanted to say goodbye
