The next day Y/n and the rest of the club were all called to the clubhouse by Rias, so, they all arrived to find Rias and Akeno waiting
They went over the usual business, how everyone's doing with their pacts, any other issues and the other stuff. And at the end of the meeting, we all started to head off to do our jobs
Issei, Asia and I were all prepping to go hand out some flyers, but before we could go, Rias stopped us
"Hold on, I think you'll be glad to know your days of handing out flyers are over"
"They are?" Issei asked
"Relax, its not a punishment. You've both done great work, but usually the hassle of running around handing out flyers is the job of a familiar"
"Hell yeah! So is this like a promotion?"
"I think so, I've done some research on familiars, they're pretty much devil pets that do the boring jobs for their masters, and apparently they can be anything you can get to agree with, hydras, elemental sprites, wolves and so on"
"He's right, but first of all we have to get you them"
With a snap of her fingers, Rias summoned a weird looking bat, which flew above her hand
"This is my familiar Issei, I believe you two have met each other?"
In a puff of smoke, the bat transformed into a human (?) girl. She wore a red dress, which had shoulder pads in the same of devil wings, and of course, she wasn't anywhere near flat
"Hot flyer girl is your familiar?"
"And I've got one too of course!"
Akeno pointed to the floor, where a small imp appeared from a rune
"Is that an imp?"
"This is Shiro" Koneko said, drawing our attention to a small white kitten with golden eyes and a double bell collar
"Aww" Y/n tickled the cats belly with his finger, causing it to try and scratch him, but due to his demonic appendage, it didn't hurt at all
"Mines badass!" before Kiba could summon his, Issei inturrupted him
"I dont care about your tiny dancer"
"Why you gotta hate man?"
"Don't be jealous Issei, you get one too. Having a familiar is a major part of being a devil. When you're in need they're always there to back you up"
"That's great, but we have no idea how we're supposed to get one" Asia complained
"That's the next step"
*Knock* *knock*
"Yeah?" as Akeno answered, the door opened to reveal a large group
"The student council? Are they devil's too?"
"Sorry to inturrupt" Souna Shitori, the leader of the council, said as she walked in
"Y/n? Who's that?" Asia asked
"That's the student council, they run everything the other students need, and by the look of it, they're devils too"
"Hello Souna, what can I do for you?"
"Oh nothing. I just came to congratulate you on increasing the number of your servants"
Akeno explained to Issei that Sounas real name is Sona Sitri, that she was next in line to be the Head of her family
"I guess I was right about the 72 demons thing, I wonder if the others'll be so nice"
During my research I learned about the 72 pillars, aka the big families of the devil world.
"These are my pawns, Issei Hyoudou and Y/n Redgrave, and my Bishop, Asia Argento"
"Wait your a pawn too dude? Then that means we're twinsies!" issei said to the blonde boy, trying to make a friend, but it failed miserably
"Can it D-bag, you and your gaggle of slutty sluts don't deserve to be in the same room as distinguished as the Sitris"
Within the blink of an eye, Y/n had summoned the Cavalier X as a chainsword, and held it in front of Sajis face, just close enough for the spikes to scratch him
