Lily's POV

Everything is going nice. Except my relationship with Nessa and her health too. Because she usually to got drunk, she is literally sick. She could vommit 2 times a day even 4 times. Michael always worried about her, untill he likes to absent to school just because worried about her. And Michael still chat with me via our iMessage,

Lily, how's the shit? (aka school)

Yeah it's going fine. How about nessa?

Her body is weak, she even couldn't walk, and doctor said that he got hopeless

What do you mean?

The poison already in her organs, we just have to wait, untill it's done

And you know right.. Tomorrow is her..

Yeah.. Birthday...

"Hi babe what's wrong?" Now Luke and I on our way to our school and he holding my hand
"Luke, Nessa's health is going worse. The doctor said that we just have to wait until it's done"
"No..."
"Yes, Luke. And today is her birthday, so can you come with me to the hospital later?"
"Sure, babe. And we should buy her present before that"
"Yeah, i think flowers for her, she likes roses"
"Well, okay. After school, we go to the florists and to the hospital"
"Thanks, babe. Love you"
"Love you more, Hailey" and he kissed me right on the cheek

After school is finished. Luke and I go straight to the florists and buy her roses. Then we go to the hospital. We walk to her room and we can see Michael wait for us outside.

"Hi bro!" Luke said
"Oh hi, Luke. And hi, Lily"
"Hi, Mike. Why are you on the outside?"
"The doctor is checking her condition"
"So, how is it?" Now Luke's turn
"It is getting worse"

Then we hear the door being opened by the doctor. We stand up, and asking how about Nessa's condition

The doctor take a big sigh "i'm sorry have to say this, Nessa is in serious sick and we can wait like around 5 more days because it is getting worse and worse, i'm sorry. I have to go now."

The doctor leaves us and i can see Michael starts to cry and Luke rubbing his back "i'm sorry bro" and he glancing "thanks bro"

Luke sees me and he like roll his eyes pointing the door that he like giving the code that i have to get inside and give the flowers to Nessa. So i get in, i can see her that she is lying on the bed with her eyes still open.

"Hi, Ness" i talk to her softly
"Hi"
"You know what? Today is your birthday, yay!" Im smiling cheerfully and Nessa giggled, im really happy that she is in a good mood, and i think she didnt mad at me anymore.
"Yay" she said cheerfully but whispered
"Happy birthday, love. I love you so much more than Michael does, and i'm sorry what i just did that make you.."
"Please just forget it okay, i forgive you and i just felt drunk that day, i was under controlled, i'm sorry, Lily. And I love you more than Luke does" she smiled and slowly i hold her hand and my other hand, giving her roses that i bought
"This is beautiful"
"Yeah, just like you Ness"
"Thank you so so much" she grabbed my waist and hug me. "Anytime, babe. And i really miss your hug honestly" i giggled and she look up to me "i miss you too, i really need some girls day out with you" she frowned
"But you still need rest, Ness. I promise, if you already in a good health, that we will go for a girls day out in a day!" I said cheerfully and she hug me. I really happy to see her happy.

"Look who is become BFF again.." Michael joking with Luke beside him walk to us
"Nessa, happy birthday.." Luke played with her hair softly
"Thanks, Luke" she smiles "ehm, guys, can i have a talk with Lily for a moment"
"Sure, babe. Bye" as Michael and Luke left us

"So do you want like gossips or what haha" i said jokingly
"Nah, haha. I just want to say that i heard about that you guys still just have to wait that time will come and i'll gone"
"Shhh.. Don't say that.. It just the doctor's predict who knows that you'll get healthier then we can go for a girls day out?" I smiled to her, but she started to cry
"Well, but doctor's predict can be true Lily. So remember these words, first, take care of yourself, two, always remember me, three, be happy, and the last is, take care of Michael for me"

I literally confused with the last setence, "wow the last sentence looks hard tho, haha"
"Lily, i'm not joking, kay. Michael loves you"
"No way, he loves you, Nessa.. Not me"
"No, i can see it"
"Ness, but..."
"Argh, my head!" I look at her and she strongly grab her head, she really got a headache
"Michael, Luke!" I shouted their names
"What's happening.... Nessa, are you okay?" Michael came to us
"Okay stay right there, i'll call the nurse" then Luke just ran away from us
"Ah shit my head" nessa shouting "it really hurts!"
"Calm down okay, Luke is calling the nurse" I calming her down, as Luke came with the nurse and the doctor. We went outside and try to chill for a moment.

And i still thinking about Nessa said that Michael loves me, even though i already had Luke, how even he loves me? And why Michael always take care of Nessa if he loves me? Many questions flying over my head.
