Chapter 14

We all looked at him curiously. "I'm sure you guys have heard about the pro hero hawks" He said as he looked at us. We nodded, "Yeah the top two hero is the big red flashy wings" I asked. He nodded confirming my statement.

"What about him" Toga said curiously. Dabi smirked "Well he-" Dabi got interrupted by Shigaraki coming in the room. "He's arriving any time now.... he's late" He said itching his neck. Man that dude needs lotion or some product I thought when I saw the dead skin practically falling off his body.

"As I was saying-" Dabi tried to say what he originally planned to say before Shigaraki interrupted. A loud bang was heard coming from the door. "For fuck sakes each time I try to say something important I can't" Dabi practically yells outloud.

We all turn our heads towards the door. Lo and behold it was a blond man with red wings. I stuck my hand out ready to fight incase he attacked since he was a hero. "Don't do that" Shigaraki mumbled at me with his scratchy voice. I quickly put my hand down in embarrassment. "Is that the man you were talking about just a few seconds ago before you kept getting interrupted" Toga laugh as she asked dabi.

Dabi looked at her unimpressed and replied with a simple "yes". "Anyways why is he here" Twice asked clearly confused. "You would know if you let me finish my god damn sentence." He said very frustrated. Hawks started to laugh a bit, Dabi gave him a death glare and proceeded to say "If you keep laughing the door is right there" he then pointed at the door which was in poor shape since Hawks literally stomped in.

Hawks quickly silenced himself. Dabi took a very frustrated breath and proceeded his phrase. "He will be working with us"

"Huhh" Toga, Twice and I voiced almost simultaneously. Kurogiri already knew of the situation so he didn't react. "But he's a pro hero, isn't it like against the main rules of being a hero" I said desperately wanting answers on the new situation.

Hawks looked at me "Aren't you one of the students in UA, I saw you at the sports festival. I was quite disappointed that we couldn't of trained more together for the internship. Isn't it kind of hypocritical of you to say that anyways" He told me. "There is a difference in our reasons to join LOV and you should mind your own business, bird" I spoke and murmured my voice when I said 'bird' since it was quite disrespectful. "What did you say at that last bit" Hawks said a bit angry.

I turned my back to face the table realizing that our uno cards had still been on the ground. I started to pick them up not wanting them to get creased or damaged since it was one of the few games we had at the base.

"So like, is Hawks going to give up being a hero kind of like Y/N" Twice asked. I gritted my teeth and turned my head to look dead in the eyes of Twice not liking my name being present in conversations. "Sorry" He mouthed. Returning to my previous task I was still listening to the conversation. "Not exactly, I'm like a double agent" Hawks said trying to match our energy we had before he made his presence known to us. They must of looked quite confused since Hawks decided to clarify his words. "I will be spying on the heroes pretending to be one of them and getting information back to the league."

"Ah so kinda like a traitor" Toga said as she tried to comprehend what was going on. "Hawks we will need to talk about futur plans" Dabi told him. They headed towards another living room so no one could hear them.

"Wanna play another round" Kurogiri said trying to let go of some of the awkwardness in the room. "You guys can play i'm feeling kinda hungry" I told him. I went to the mini fridge and grabbed a monster energy drink.

I say back down at the table where they were seated. "You seemed aggravated towards Hawks?" Toga told me while she put down a 4 green on the table. "I did?" I said. "Yeah ,why is that" Kurogiri asked me. "I don't know really, he kind of pisses me off. When I would watch the news and their was an interview with him he always seemed kinda cocky and annoying. We also have similar quirks, we both have wings. My teachers would always compare me to him growing up 'If you did your work right maybe you could become just like Hawks with those wings of yours' and so on. Also I just have a grudge against heroes now." I explained. "Makes sense why you feel that way, UNO" Twice phrased as he also got one more card left.

The game quickly finished since Twices final card was a +4. Just as it ended, the 'hero' and the villain walked back in. "We will meet in around five days" Dabi said to Hawks as he walked him out the door. "Sounds about right" Hawks said as he finally left.
