'COZ IM YOURS

Perrie wiped her sweaty hands on her jeans, glancing at her phone to look at the time. The brunette is already fifteen minutes late, fifteen minutes of her heart crazily beating and her hopes going down but she trusts Jade, so much, she knows the girl won't let her down and maybe agree on being with her for at least three days. She wants to have a good memory with the girl before she flies back to New York and maybe, never comes back to her hometown. Another slow minute passed by, it was already getting dark but she can still wait for the girl. Hell, she will wait for an hour just to be with Jade again, she doesn't care if it rains or an earthquake happens, she just wants to have a last happy moment with the brunette.

"Sorry, I'm late" The brunette awkwardly said, holding onto her backpack strap with a cup of coffee in the other and her ladybug squeezed in her arms, "No, it's okay" Perrie smiled, motioning for them to enter the car and maybe start their one and a half-hour drive.

The brunette walked to the passenger's seat, "Uhm, Jade wait" Perrie grabbed the girl's wrist, feeling the sudden electric shock that sent shivers down her spine and goosebumps on her skin, "Here, wear this and you can just give it back" She smiled, handing the girl the white bracelet.

Jade didn't know what to say, "Uh, thanks" She whispered, her heart clenching as she realized that the blonde has the bracelet the whole time. She doesn't know how Perrie got it or if the girl dove in through her trash but she's happy. She's happy to get something that binds their hearts.

They stepped inside the car, slipping on their seatbelts and the blonde started to drive away. She can't wait to be with Jade, without any interruptions and an endless reminder that they can't be together, "Ehm, how did you get this?" Jade asked, playing with the white string on her wrist.

Perrie bitterly smiled, taking another turn as she remembered one of the painful days in her life, "Leigh said she found it on your floor and she noticed that we have the same ones" She simply explained. That day was the day that Leigh and she became really close, she cried and said sorry to the girl a thousand times. Apologized that she broke the brunette's heart and she's the reason why Jade became so distant to everyone.

Leigh-anne told her that, maybe, the brunette intended to throw it outside the window but failed.

Perrie can still feel how her heart slowly broke into million pieces when she heard that the brunette can easily let go of that one memory that they shared. She can't believe that the girl will hate her that much but it's her fault and she deserves every pain that she experienced.

"Do you want Chinese?" Perrie asked, changing the topic and ignoring the sudden tense of air inside the car. Jade just hummed as Perrie turned their car to the drive-thru, ordering for the both of them.

The drive was silent, they both chose to shut their mouth and pay attention to the road instead. It was awkward, boring, and quiet that they can hear every single breathe that the other takes, how a disappointed sigh will escape out of their mouth, and a fake cough when they tried to talk but doesn't know where to get the courage to do it.

Perrie cleared her throat, "Do you want to listen to the radio?" She asked, smiling at the brunette as she looked down to turn on the radio.

I can't wait 'til you come over
I'm not sober, so, you know

Perrie's eyes widened, "Oh, uhm" She babbled, immediately switching to another song and focusing her attention back to the road to hide her flushed cheeks.
