William's Pov

I ran into the bathroom *cough* ....B-blood? What? I'm sure it's nothing. I walk back out and spot Henry " H-hey H-hen...ry " W-what no.... no this can't be happening.... I just saw Henry kiss Ella ( henry's girlfriend ) I know I should be happy for him but.... Seeing him with her.... Hurts.... I know I should get over him but I can't. I love him too much to let those feelings go.... " Hey Willam come over here I have to tell you something " I had a feeling I already knew what it was.... I make my way over to Henry " Willam I have good news to tell you, me and Ella are now dating " I felt like breaking down, crying but I couldn't let him see me like that.... I put on a fake smile and pretended to be happy for them " That's wonderful guys i'm happy for you " But if only you knew how I feel.... Henry.... " Sorry guys but I have to go. I will talk to you later, Hen " I start making my way home. I feel like crying. I should have known he wouldn't ever feel the same way.... I mean he is my best friend I shouldn't have been so stupid and careless.... *cough* *cough* More blood.... And are those flower petals....? Strange if this carries on I might have to get that looked at.... I get home and lay down on my bed and let sweet sleep embrace me

Time skip to a few days later

Heh.... Henry looks so happy to be with Ella.... *cough* *cough* Ugh.... More blood and flower petals I need to go get this checked out....

Time Skip to when Willams at the hospital

A doctor walked into the room " Hello You must be Willam? Well what seems to be the issue? "    " Umm I know this sounds kinda odd but I have been coughing up blood.... And flower petals.... " " Peculiar let me see if I can find anything in the system that matches with your symptoms " " Oh umm looks like I found something that matches with your symptoms.... However it is very rare there has not been many cases of this before.... " " Umm will I be okay? " " I'm not sure this disease is very deadly. There have only been two cures found for it.... What you have is called Hanahaki disease " "....Hanahaki disease?? Well how do you cure it? " " Well to begin with you get Hanahaki disease from one sided love.... The two ways to cure it is to confess to the person you love and they return the feelings or to have the flowers growing in your lungs removed surgically.... However if you do that you will lose all feeling to love ever again...."
